Hi there Today was a hot day up here, hottest so far anyway.... i got a hellish good suntan now, as i was working as close to in the buff as poss!.... but i was constantly swatting these bloody beetles off me all day, they have a hell of a grip!! got a pic off my mobile phone, this is the first time they have been about this year in big numbers. Sorry, really crap pics, but hopefully you see enough detail on the first one, id say from tip of antenna to arse, about 2 cm. could anybody tell me anything about them?   12. if in doubt, or fearful of public disturbance etc sink a large bucket/barrel into the ground, chuck all your guts n vermin carcasses in it, and have some decent sized holes round the edge at the top, and have these just above ground level, dont put holes in the lid, as it will soon fill with water... keep topping up now n then, works a treat, gets very smelly.

I often 'clean up' many pest problems after so called 'profesionals' from the big companies have been booted from the scene by the landlords, but not before charging a small fortune for their poxy efforts.   15. Trainers just arent practical for fecks sake! I would destroy a pair of trainers in less than a week if I wore them out and about, I just dont get it, how the feck do yas manage? Your feet must get soaking wet, no ankle support whatsoever, plus they will get trashed in brambles or brash in the woods and hedges... im truly amazed at how white they usually seem on everyones pictures too... Jeez i go through boots quick enough, but at least i can walk over any terrain, in freezing or wet weather, and my feet are always like toast.   16. No word of a lie mate, I had a bull lurcher wearing one for a year and a half, they are a proper working collar, very functional. I found the large D ring very good for lamping. You can choose thickness, and colour, all to your own spec, thats the beauty of Strong stuff's service!

  18. it was a shit night for it, cant be helped....for me, it was nice to have a bit of banter and see some different dogs work. I enjoyed it. Maybe we should have a re match on the same patch early autumn, should be a real good night if were picky with the weather.
