Seems like recent diesels maybe could be more hassle than what there worth if something goes wrong couldn't beat older diesels if you do a lot of miles reliability n mpg but can't help think petrol engines seem better now if out needs working on or replaci atleast..

Good thread does anyone know which recent astra engine is the best, shame they stopped using the Isuzu one they were good, and which is better for reliability a recent focus or Astra ; )

Some spots I go there abundant others steady then there's places were you get oddens so the latter I leave alone as much as I can to bounce back no other option but if others don't do the same then it's a no goer, then there's the summer hunters n rifle lads at night but think one of the biggest threats to hares now is the buzzards seems to be wick them now all over the place now..

Never heard of it seems to be a lot of stuff like this on now doesn't they like a series over different seasons more than normal anyway but never watched any to much of a commitment keepin up with em..

Fella said the parents to the two I mentioned were bred off gundogs, I remember thinking it must be a long time since that breed was used as a working dog n he might of been lead up the garden path but looking back now they probably were ; )

I had a friend of mines son staying with me for a while i kitted him out with all the gear he only had about 10 birds but he got fed up with the amount of shit and clearing up involved and got shot of them i suppose for serious competitors its part and parcel but for a young lad just mucking about with them it was too much hassle....but everyones different i suppose.; )

Interesting that, I used to bump into a couple of standard poodles on a walk and they were into everything,not saying there all like that but those two defiantly had summet about em, sounds like you had a gudden there krawnden..

Saw a few lurchers with lab in them years ago from the same line that were decent dogs n a couple that would do anything, later on I used one over a saluki whippet greyhound type bitch I had not much lab at that point but it was in there, here's a couple of pics of the dog I kept one as a young dog with his brother and one as an old dog caught alot of tackle with him liked him a lot..

For those that suffer with ibs is it just bad guts that's the main problem or does it affect you in other ways such as dehydration or then affect say potassium levels leading to say Hypokalemia do your blood results always come back ok..
