  2. I've got 20 or so rods, probably similar amount of reels. But if i go anywhere with just one rod, i take My John Wilson 9ft 1 3/4 lb TC wanderer stalkilng rod and an Abu Garcia C5 reel or my baitrunner. It goes carp fishing, salmon fishing, sea fishig, float fishing, pike fishing, rock fishing, pier fishing etc. I've had it 18 years or more, and it wasn't expensive, but i just love it. It has had carp to 28.5 lb, pike to 23lb, pollock to 10.5lb and hundreds of other sizes and species. It was an 18th birthday present from my dad (Deceased) so i will never get rid of it.   4. I used to eat a thing called a cannonball fish cake. It was a round fish cake made with tuna and cod and potato. Well seasoned.. About 2-3" diameter. It then covered in batter and deep fried. A couple were a meal on their own. Defo going to make some on the weekend now.. Matt

  6. I've had good and bad tradesmen form Poland. I think with all nationalities there are good and bad representitives in all walks of life. I have how ever seen a polish joiner put up a Kit frame building with 700mm centres of stud, that was amusing...His boss finding out, as he finished the last partition......He was quick though... Why not call your local nick tell them where and when you will shooting give them a contact mobile number so soon as any body reports seeing any one cammoed up and carrying a gun they will phone you to confirm saves a shite load of grief I have done this ever since I had a trojan unit and a helicopter turn up at 5 oclock one morning after a local dog walker reported me for laying in a ditch shooting in the direction of a school that happened to be 2 miles away I must admit i always call the police when i Lamp now.   21. Pretty Naive some of their replies. Especially not kowing the heritage of running dogs. Perhaps they deleted your post because they felt intimidated of you and your knowledge. Some of the best homes are from a hunting background, from an owner that appreciates the true breeding of a dog. FACT A feet that has taken man 1000's of years to achieve... Matt
