  1. As bittersweet as it was, you probably made the right decision by not getting the guns out. All it takes is a malicious complaint and your guns are removed from you, pending a long and slow investigation. If it happens again, film them back and cover your arse.
  2. thanks how long do you leave your traps down for after you caught them, I norm leave about 5 days then pull them out .! On a job I leave them in a few days after catching. To satisfy and re assure the customer. If they end up with another mole after I have lifted. Then that's another job. If it was my garden I had a constant problem with then I would leave the traps down permanently. Better off in the ground potentially catching than hanging up in the shed. That is until you forget they are there and run the mower over them! had that happen more than enough times
  3. Surprisingly Dave, I no longer own a German gun and have no immediate desire to get another

  5. It won't make a difference. As in socks picture, another mole may have a chew or it's likely to backfill the run and dig another.
  6. Well keep him happy and well stocked and your pellets are paid for. Maybe a touch left for diesel and a few penny sweets
  7. I get £2.50 each and sell to a few butchers. But it's puddings out and jackets off. I would be made up if they took them just gutted.
  8. was talking to a butcher mate who said his arse went sour after spending a day on the bandsaw cutting up frozen blocks of liver.
  9. Absolutely. I visited one this year. Two years ago the customer had some roofing work done and they discovered honey bees. The "wasp man" from the local paper was called and it took him a few attempts to destroy the bees! The option was there whilst they had the roof off to remove the comb. Which they left. When I went I was shown honey seeping through the ceiling and down the wall and very active bees. They were not prepared to pay to have any of it removed. So the bees remain. All well I hope.
  10. That's a good offer for someone matty. Nice one
  11. Haha I've got a CZ 452 that's also a deadicated left hander seeing as I'm a cack hander, I've had it for a bit just haven't bothered posting about it. It looks lovely sitting with the SuperTens and the Mossberg in the gun cabinet! I was referring to barrel length and why you want the size reducing.
  12. If I'm honest. I don't think it will fault you. It will be a handy tool. I have played with a fair few bullpups and crickets. Most have been awesome. They did look much better though.
  13. A bit like shagging the ugly fat bird for the team. You get it done and keep quiet Sorry matty. Out of interest. What method has been used to link up the trigger? And what material used?
  14. At least that stock will put some heat out when you wang it on the fire. It's hideous. Im sure whoever made it had all good intention at the time. Not for me mate.
  15. Custom tube band? What's the diameter of the cylinder and what's the clearance between the barrel and cylinder? That's one I made. Took a bit of fettling but not impossible.
  16. A 232 bottle will be fine Charlie. You charge the gun to 160 bar
  17. A lot has to with this being a public forum. So everything is available for ALL to see. Objectors included. Foremost. The owner of this site has requested such.
