  5. Yes. It will tilt left and right and then lock the position with the lever. It's not the rotating type.
  6. No. But it has to be a suitable and approved cylinder for the purpose of storing and decanting Air at high pressure. Most cylinders will be fit for purpose and do the job. BUT if it's not the correct and approved cylinder. No one will fill it

  15. Yes, it drills very well. Use a piece of threaded rod or a bolt with the head removed and mess up the threads so it won't unwind but also gives the epoxy something to bite into
