  1. find some one whos been ferreting for a good few years and who don't try and brag about how many rabbits they have caught and how good there ferrets are and how good there dog is but knows the art of field craft and can teach you more then just how to catch a rabbit then you will be well on your way to a life long love of all field sports and hunting

  11. how many of the rabbits they raise have been cut out of the dead mothers womb ? and the young need the milk of there mother to give them the kick start of life ,its very nice of you to try but i feel it will only have one ending . ps have you been rubbing them with damp cotton wool to make them pass there stools
  12. nothing to do with respecting there quarry they will die a slow death over a couple of days, thats if they live that long

  14. mick had a good dog called tiny at one point and it was a good dog and just as good as some of the dogs about today and i know stan, and had a pup off him years ago don't forget this was back in the 80s what they filmed is what you see not cut out the bad and show the good the thing is they were into there dogs and coursing and enjoyed the crack if some off you was out as much as they was you might not be so quick to slag there dogs off enjoy you fieldsport phill
  15. if its not a mating thing it soon will be, the seasons are all going to pot the last few years look how early some jills come into season now and the hobs hormones are still there just before there balls drop

Yes Tomos that is for both castration and vasectomy.......Ive never had a hob vasectomised i always get castration.....keeps the smell down and i find (personal opinion) that they are less aggressive. its alot easier for castration as they take the nuts away but for a vasectomy they have to find the small tubes that lead to the balls which is not easy and a lot of vets wont or cant do this and the ones that do take it on ,don't always get it right and i know been there done it True .....person

  18. if you castrated it would work but if you vasectomised it would still happen as they will still have sex drive best to separate males in summer unless there all castrated
  19. the wide collar came from the greyhound having a long neck helps from choking the fookers, sighthounds and lurchers both have the long neck like the greyhound so both benefit from wearing a wider collar hope this helps
  20. pull there nails out and put mitts on them there nice and quiet then and don't harm the rabbits either
