Mine were outside down to one now , mine have always been pets more than workers, she's been brought in, taken out for exercise and toilet, can chuck her out in the day , she's easy in the house and family like her about, but I'm not a dogman, and mine do very little work, so each to their own...

I'm self employed , but cis so 20% deducted at source and then can only claim for certain percentage of costs. Ltd is the way forward if you're organised and.lack scruples ?? I've worked with guys that get paid gross never pay tax, or busy on a big tax bill, between them and Amazon drivers we now have ir35 so people are getting offered say 70k but it's not worth taking as it's PAYE and.you can't.claim for anything...

I think it's more related to lack of housing being built, and over population. It's supply and demand and there's a huge demand. Also while researching this subject , a developer pointed out that agents he knew had told prospective sellers that they could sell their house tomorrow, and they felt they wouldn't be able to find one quick enough so held it off the market , that along with covid saving and stamp duty holiday along with work at home live anywhere created the perfect storm....

Couldn't agree more , we're lucky in lots of respects and have had help, we work hard and have chosen an expensive area relatively to bring the kids up in , I earn decent money. I can honestly say I don't know how people raise a family on average/low wages never.mind find time to rustle up 20/60k . There is a house not far away from me that sold for 400k in 2018 and last year went for 870 lol it's gone bonkers , the village I'm in a new build three bed is 425, we're obviously not looking for anything like that but you get the jist. I'm in the process of sorting it out, I owned a house in my 20's and cut loose with travel, cars girls and beer. I attempted to setup abroad and that didn't work out , although the hard work and time lost has provided a deposit for the UK, got black listed for a phone bill 4 years ago as they couldn't contact me , got credit back in check at a cost, we only want a basic family home ,at 45 im gonna end up putting down 50k to get a high interest loan to buy a house at the peak of prices , but I've just got to a point where I can't sustain working away all the time and it seems like life is on ho

Yep they do like all that , France was a bit of a surprise with their cemeteries , most had a small greenhouse attached to grave or mausoleum.... But if you're going to remember the dead through architecture or icons, best it's done in such places if the need is there, personally I remember them with stories and memories but we're all different.
