Fair one, I go as far a hot wings , kids been asking for another brisket , missus asked tonight is it difficult, I said no but the last time I asked her to put it on get temp correct and put meat on ...it had been burning coal for six hours at 400° for nothing I turned up and she said I'll leave it to you...

Got a load of old floats in my inheritance from the old man home made quills and balsa wood jobs painted with a 4" brush and satin at a guess lol, but priceless to me ?

I do chicken as is missus' staple meat ,kids like it, the dry thigh keeeebab went down well but sweet pork shoulder steaks did better , who is the instigater of the candy drumstick Kanny???

I think people have lost sight of how much grain can be produced in Romania and Hungary along with our own countries....will EU go and take Russia and create a few more EU countries??

I pay £7 for a decent chicken from mine . Cheap chicken doesn't have much flavour and has been at the front of mass production and cheap labour for longer than other meats

Worked with lads who'd take each others phone and change their notification to 'i am a ginger b*****d or whatever and text or ring as they were at checkout paying etc . Think those days are gone pin codes etc come on straight away these days...

I respect folks who can speak a few languages, shroom speaks amazing Spanish , my missus speaks a few , my mum grew up in Malaya and speaks a couple her father was a linguistic boss in British army, 7 I think plus all dialects...I speak good English , and can order food and beer in a few.....

Looks spot on, I tend to cook for me and boys missus has the well done bits, a mate bought a huge sirloin joint cooked it for the in-laws and they had half a slice each, I said I'd have fried them a couple of burnt slices and cooked it to suit..lol. resting the meat is key , nobody wants a meal floating in blood and juice.

Used to see it on washing lines outside butchers in zim , just steaks hung out to dry , my jaw was in bits after a month of it lol...

Got some Moroccan skewers on , similar rub , basic ingredients... Lemon lime , garlic, cumin quite a bit, tarragon, paprika , salt pepper, cider vinegar, olive oil, but of ground nutmeg , cinnamon, turmeric, lamb has more sugar and it was shoulder so dog had a good feed , another hour should be done...
