Yes, Sunderland dogs still operates, but I rarely travel south of the river these days; Sunderland Greyhounds WWW.SUNDERLAND-GREYHOUNDS.CO.UK Sunderland Greyhounds is a busy greyhound stadium which races 4 times a week, as well as hosting events and... If Katchy and his son want a night at the dogs, Brough Park is just a few miles from me. Cheers.

I think there was one eye on Wednesday night, mate. My neighbour John Anderson, ex player, was commentating on BBC Newcastle and he was brutally honest; Fulham were the better team, simple as that. Cheers.

I think Brough Park in Newcastle is the only one left mate. Camois was only a training track and had the odd whippet open last time I was there, but I think it’s now closed down. If you want to go to Brough Park, and it’s still going, PM me and I’ll have a night there with you and the lad . Cheers.

Not one of mine, a friend I had out for a run some years back. Cheers.

Of course a bull cross can catch a hare; but that doesn’t necessarily make it a “hare dog”. Cheers.

If you don’t want Greyhound Racing to go the way of coursing, please sign this petition; Petition: Introduce a Statutory Levy on Bookmakers to Fund Greyhound Welfare PETITION.PARLIAMENT.UK We call on the UK Government to introduce a statutory levy on bookmakers to secure reliable funding... I was talking to people who have started this petition and it seems that they are worried about the UK Labour Government following the Wales Labour Government in trying to ban greyhound racing on “animal welfare” issues. This petition is for Bookma

As is regularly said on “The Army Rumour” site; “Never let the truth get in the way of a good rumour” ! LOL ! Who knows what caused the collision ? I’ll just wait and see and decide if it seems true. Cheers. -
My pal and I bought this bitch off the Pikies on Newcastle Town Moor, mid 70’s. They said it was a “staghound” but it was probably deer/grey. One of the best dogs I’ve ever seen , and the only one I’ve seen personally that took 100 rabbits on the lamp. Cheers.

Could be; as I said it’s complete conjecture on my part. The US has excellent crash investigators and the “black box” of the aircraft has been recovered so there will be more information incoming. Just heard the helicopters “black box” has also been recovered. Cheers. -

With the very limited information available, it looks, to me, like “human error”. In the video there appears to be two commercial aircraft on a landing approach trajectory, and a military helicopter crossing the flight path at right angles. The audio from the tower has the Air Traffic Controller asking if the helicopter crew can see the aircraft, and the helicopter crew saying yes they can, very shortly before the collision. The helicopter crew were evidently operating wearing night vision. Maybe this restricted their periphery vision and they were looking at the wrong commercia -
It was barely mentioned that they were “travellers” ! Cheers.

He’s got a point with the DEI nonsense. The list of people that the FAA have to include was insane , in fact it said mental problems shouldn’t bar you from being an Air Traffic Controller !!!! Cheers. -
I prefer to think of it as the smell of boiled cabbage and dog fox ……LOL ! Cheers.

Washington D.C. is on ETZ, (Eastern Time Zone), which is -5 hours from GMT, ( Greenwich Mean Time), maybe that explains it ? All commercial and military aircraft operate on Z Time, ( Zulu time), which is the same as GMT. Cheers. -
It made national TV and newspaper coverage. Pikies evidently. 25/30 vehicles tearing up the fields, some set on fire or abandoned. They pulled into a village garage, filled up with fuel, stole food and goods , threatened the cashier and left without paying. One woman called 999 NINE times and was told to call 101 ! Police refused to attend. Chief Constable had to make a grovelling apology! And of course it was mentioned many times that they were “hare coursers” ….. Cheers.

It originally had the working name of "Ajax", then, "Agincourt", now "Achilles". I wish they'd make their minds up ! LOL ! Cheers.

Stick to your fad diets and leave the healthy food to us that know. Or you could listen to us and live to be a perfect specimen well into your 70’s, like me ! PMSL ! Cheers.

The Government, especially the Treasury, says that immigration is good because it increases GDP. Of course it does, the more people paying tax means increased GDP. BUT , when the immigrants are low skilled, low paid, it DECREASES GDP per capita, making everyone poorer ! Cheers.

Can’t remember the name but it was just known as Bangkok animal market, very early 80’s. Cheers.

I remember the animal market , I was with an English lad who bought a monkey. It ended up behind one of the bars on beach road in Pattaya. Cheers.

There were Asiatic cheetahs in Saudi until the 70’s, but are considered extinct there now . There is still Arabian leopards in Saudi, and I remember telling this tale on here before; A friend of mine, an English doctor, was travelling back from Riyadh to Jeddah when he found a recently dead leopard on the road. I asked if he informed the police, as you are supposed to do, but he said he didn’t as it was a jail sentence for killing one and he didn’t need the hassle he would go through , but he did show me photos. Ive done the same trip but never saw anything other than a few feral
