They’ll be free to come and go. There’s supposedly day trips, cricket matches, allotment tending, etc arranged for them . Theres an hourly free bus service into town for them and if they miss the last bus, there’s an emergency taxi service they can call to take them back for free. Cheers,

It’s strange how Labour and the left are crying about putting illegal immigrants on this barge !! They didn’t say anything about it when mates of mine on the rigs lived on it ! My late brother in law was a maintenance engineer on the barges and said they were great ! When the lads lived on them , they only left them to do a hard days graft on an oil rig….. these illegal immigrants will be free to come and go, with free bus and taxi services into town, it’s even said they will be given allotments ! Bit in reality it’s got nothing to do with barges or Rwanda, it’s simply Labour

Lifted a bed of onions this morning. There were a few small ones, so waste not, want not, I pickled them. I usually add some red chilli to them to give them a bit of “bite”, but this year I’ve grown yellow banana chillis for the first time so used them instead. Cheers.

As you say, they can be extended easily. I just dig a small hole for the “legs” to stand in and use the Heras clamps to connect the panels and they are secure enough. If you know someone “on the buildings”, they are cheap and available ! Cheers.

I’ve found Heras panels ideal for poultry runs; cheap, (no pun intended), to buy, very easy to erect and movable if required, and the ideal height. Cheers.

There was someone on GBNews yesterday that quoted a load of “facts” to rebut a Climate Change Nut. He said last year in the UK there were five times the number of people died of cold than died of the heat. He did an algorithm of deaths/temperature rise and concluded that a temperature rise of 1.4 degrees would save thousands of lives in the UK ! So, as someone once said; “there are lies, damned lies, and statistics “ ! Or; “don’t believe all you are told” ! Cheers.

I’m not sure if people are slating the dogs, mate, more like poking a bit of fun at the outrageous statements the breeder keeps coming out with , like the “800” years of breeding ! If you’ve got the time, (and the patience), give him a call and inquire about his dogs. Talking to him, or should I say getting a word in edgewise, is an experience! LOL ! Nonetheless, he’s one of the few characters left in the game, and no one is forced to buy from him or believe his nonsense. Cheers.

It’s sad that she died relatively young, but this statement she made simply doesn’t make any sense; she was white…. and a Muslim and there are millions of white Muslims around the world. Islam is a religion, not a race. She was probably in a bad state of mind when she said it, grief at the loss of her child, maybe drugs ? Who knows, but she did apologise for it. R.I.P.

I saw a few fields down along the military road in Northumberland but most are a few weeks away from being cut up here. Ive seen it be mid September some years before they are cut. Could get a run or two on the silage fields but I’m in no hurry, still too hot, and way too many roe fawns about. Cheers.

Haven’t done a thing with her, She’s laid around the yard or walked to the allotments and laid around there. She’s just come out of season . I’ll start getting her fit when the crops start coming down. Try and mug off a few easy ones, get her ready for the season . Cheers.
