    if thats what yea call it thats what it is but this man has being doing it for years and gets regular visits from the dog warden and the ispca and they have no complants edited to say when i was their a few weeks back think their was about 50 dogs in total as he said everythings for sale at the right money Well as an ex dog warden i can safely say we had f**k all authority on kennels unless they are boarding. Fellman swapped his phone for a cb radio and leveller has an asbo restricting the use of any communication after harassing the cheeky girls
