Lurchers shows SHOULD be treated as light hearted BUT the sad fact is too many get obsessed with a bit of ribbon and lose all common sense, a dogs true worth is in the field but the sad fact it many see the dogs value on its asthetics and imo should get a reality check, and perhaps a life...............

The chances of getting a good dog are slim and the chances of getting a rubbin rag when mating two pieces of crap are enhanced, why on earth folk breed from non workers and expect the next "dancer" amazes me. If you wanted a sheepdog would you breed from next doors show collie? Course not unless your a f*****g retard, breed from workers to give yourselves a chance, just a thought but then perhaps there might not be so much shit in the classifieds....... -

Keeping a dog fit using a bike will make no difference to the working life of a lurcher, if anything it will help as the dog is less likely to incur muscle injuries if its running fit, exercise is like anything else, moderation and common sense..........
