    I have flatish feet a bad knee and ankle , I was advised to use Scholl orthoheels 3/4 insoles and IMO they work superb takes away a lot of the knee pain and most of the ankle pain and they fit all footwear types

    You use normal 4" concrete blocks inbetween "T" beams (concrete joists). You might have 6" blocks already so thats why the ones youve been given look lighter, and if they are 4" block they can be used for building with

    Yes it is mate but I think the origins are based in Eastern Europe somewhere ??? ... It's a very aggressive form of attack through defence rather than concentrating on attacking style with defence being secondary as in jeet kune ... Wing chun etc ......... Bratislava .... I googled it
