    Landed on the doormat this morning. My variation back, with free slots for fac air plus moderator. I’m pretty much set on a crown, but open to any suggestions please.

    Yerr, I wouldn’t part with my old rapid, but I’ve got to admit that since I bought the hw100ks the rapid has rarely been out. I even use my little brocock contour more often than the rapid. I’m still waiting for my variation coming back so I’m planning to sample some of this fx crown lark, see what all the fuss is about. Better be good?.

    A good result,I’ve just had a look on my wildlife camera on the garden. Got a smallish fox last night and the night before at between around 04:20 and 04:40. I’m going to keep watching for a few more nights to see if this is regular.

    The thing about guidelines is that they are nothing more than a point of reference, they aren’t legally binding. Therefore, this is what we’re getting?.......

    I’ve just put a variation in for fac air. I eventually decided on .22 because I think it will be more versatile for me. If I didn’t have any rimfires however, I’d more likely have gone for .25. I suppose it depends on what you are most likely to be using it for, and the land you’re shooting on. At 12ft lbs though, .22 has got to be more useful overall than .25 I’d reckon?

    I remember a toy shop that sold airguns near me, now sadly closed. The airguns were at the back of the shop, I always went straight to them as a kid. I just walked past all the other toys, always fascinated with guns for some reason. As such, airguns were always my favourite “toys” , I could never seem to put the things down and spent virtually all my pocket money on pellets at the local shop that sold everything. Had a plinkin’ good time though ?

    Absolutely vm, what a great and historic night this is. I’ve got my fireworks ready for 11:00pm. Told my Dad, and he says “make sure you point them towards Brussels”. Made me laugh when he said that?. Have a great evening my friend ?

    A friend of mine had one, it was quiet but he couldn’t get on with it and traded it for a mossberg 20 hushpower, and he prefers the mossberg. Best to try both before buying if possible. See which suits you best?

    Is that the early model or the dark ops? As there’s a big price difference, I’m interested if the dark ops is worth the extra money. A friend of mine has the original viper that he uses on his air rifle, he’s shot hundreds, if not thousands of rats with this set up, the only thing is the screen brightness really.
