Grand is lot of ? for any dog ,me old whippet by my feet was given to me and he's been great dog ,would I pay a g for one ,I say no but I've had 11 yrs of fun and tears at times and no money would buy him . Days of getting a pup for 150 are gone way of the dodo
  3. I wouldn't right the dog off just yet ,as been said its only young and with good feed and plenty of Rd work and field work the pup might turn out a good un , I see lirchers you not think catch a rabbit in a box but looks mean nothing .

  8. Got a good coat on it ,young lad must be chuffed with his pup
  9. He's nice ,many times I've gifted ferrets and nets to youngsters ,do you own both parents to pup .
  10. Every time I go raw food shop they always one or two with bully xx pups and first thing they say is I'm going to breed them ,its no longer about the type just €€ ,it puts me off taking a litter as I worry the pups fall into wrong hands as I don't no anufe working lads to let pups go to and taking mans word means nothing anymore, shame its got to this as I'd like a pup in near future but the welfare of the other pups come first with me ,
  11. I was offered over two grand for my bedy grey bitch couple months ago.i polity told him to f off ,I wouldn't pay 2 g for any dog no matter what breed . Dog prices are not going to go back to how they was as fools are paying it but I'd sayvin these times 500 be tops for a bedy whippet and from good lads maybe 300 .
  12. Shes a nice sort ,good to get them out if its not to ? they learn nothing at home bud so take any chance you can to get her out mooching .
  13. Monkey might be able to help you out and excellent service .
  14. If I was living wild mutton be top of the list ,why run something that taxes your body .
  15. I was always told best way to break a pup was to put it in a pen with them ,she don't look to bothered about it , How's she bred ?
  16. I new a fella who lamped rabbits in local horse paddocks with a leggy type terriers and both took them so if these russel types did the job dont see why other types wouldn't take coney on the beam , terriers do well in cover and can take good bags if numbers are there and make good ferreting companions as well ,its not all about long runs they just got to give no law and strike like a adder and most terriers do . Like been said terrier types can take all sorts and thrive on work .
  17. I've been in this situation with a bedy whippet, I see so called both parents a bedy whippet bitch and whippet dog and see pics of them tied but the breeder forgot to say a Patterdale had also tied with the bitch few days after the whippet had so some pups was bedy whippet others bedy whippet x Patterdale, I wasn't to happy at first but I payed my cash and once I buy a pup it stays with me no matter and to be honest she's turned out one of the best dogs I've had ,great worker and joy to have around the home . The x you got not going to be big and I don't think you have much problems with
