    My little busher took hares regular,don't always need to be a speed machine just clever ,she take them in cover and out there seats . id love one of these pups but the misses as put her foot down lol . i think they make cracking workers and ideal for any one starting a line . you know what it's like in lurcher world every thing else is crap apart from the juck by there side .blinded .

    Couple yrs ago a keeper on the estate near me said he had seen a albino fox a couple of times .few months later he was checking the Larson traps etc and to his surprise he had got it ,it was a raccoon dog . he called a zoo and they had it,they said folk buy them not knowing how to care for them so release them once too big etc . you never no what you going to find ,

    I don't have any one on my yard and I go out alone ,I do a bit ferreting with a old fella who iv known yrs but that's it . its the best way for me.

    You always get jealous folk but to try and hurt a dog for any reason is bang out of order . i go out on my own as I like it that way ,I have nothing to prove to anyone and my jucks need only please me . they not world beaters and I'm sure they lot better juckels than mine but there my dogs and I do my best by them and them for me .

    I didn't get that either ,what happens for them to need a vet , if it's over run then shame on the owners ,for not knowing when to call it a day ,night .

    abe was a character ,first time I see him I was 6 yr old ,he looked like he he'd just walked out of dickens time ."gypsy rye" ,we would get him telling story's around the fire and most was about poaching and fighting with keepers . he could take some game and when he was young lad he'd live in a bender tent and just move about poaching,nothing really changed apart from he lived in a trailer as he got older , he was one of them people that had no need to lie ,just new he meant what he said , we had some fun ,and hes srongly missed .     I don't normally do any ferreting this time of yr but I been asked to clear a few paddocks tomorrow so I'll have the pup out for few runs .iv held her back as she was just to young to do much befor now. she needs the experience and few catches will do only good for her . i will post some pics. thats a good day out herb . atb mooch

    He got found not guilty so no need for any one to say any more on subject . like you say it's not dogs fault .i speak to a lad in Notts that as minshaw dogs he speaks highly of them ,I try get some pics ,I have few of S minshaw and dogs I pop them up once home . the 5 bar gate looked to bend with the game on it lol, but that's the way you do it . mooch

    In other words the so called victim changed statement or refused to give evidence against vic , some ones lies can ruin a persons life ,and just because it got droped in court don't mean he had easy life after , always have folk thinking did he didn't he .

    Abe Stanley was one of the best takers of game I ever see ,he had some cracking lurchers and always had couple jack r of the right kind , i had some fun with him over the yrs ,fishing ferreting ,lamping and he show me how to set snares and nets .he had a heart attack while picking some ferret kits up from a lad in next village ,sad day that ,he passed doing what he lived for though . i was given his guns,dogs nets and all is kit .some of which I still use today twenty five yrs later .i never met a man like him since . folk thout he was simple ,and some treated him bad but we bec
