I have some issues with my Falcon and looking to possibly replace, but one BIG issue is the indexing problem. Have any of you tried these, apparently they do away completely with the OEM Falcon indexing system and are completely independent. I don't quite follow how, but if they work that is a big problem solved with mine! Self Indexing Nylon Magazine for Multi Shot Falcon and RWS Air Rifles – SMWEngineering

Didn't this happen last week!?!?
-
Its a matter of using the HMR within its capabilities, as it is with any gun, and granting someone a bigger calibre because they can't shoot straight is bonkers!!!
-
Perhaps they do, can't say I've ever seen one, but my Rapid is gone. It was a good old friend (actually, not as old as my Falcon) but its time to move on...for me!
-
There is Nothing marginal about a HMR for fox if it is used properly and within its limitations. 6 shots, 6 fox! You can say exactly what you said above about CF, using it past yours and the guns limitations will result in issues! Giving someone a bigger calibre because they are incompetent is not the answer!
-
Well, that could be an issue, so many of the new air rifles have that military look. I don't need, or want that at all, but I do need accuracy and reliability, but I certainly don't want to break the bank. I'm thinking, that maybe it was a mistake to sell my Rapid, even though it was built like a tank (and weighed about as much as well)!
-
Good luck, hope it works!
-
So did I up to about 8 months back, I had the 2 x FAC air but sold the Rapid. Gone from 2 to none. Great and well, built but looking for newer technology and lighter than a rapid now. My Falcon, with the Skeleton stock, was very light but very accurate, nothing like the build quality of the Rapid, but was my go to, so the Rapid went!

Totally agree, it has limitations, but the HMR is an excellent fox round used sensibly. A few years back the HMR was slagged off by many as useless/underpowered for fox, mainly by those with little or no experience or who couldn't shoot straight! But not so much anymore. Of course it can't do everything a CF can do, but it is very effective in its field of operation. I use the HMR a LOT for domestics, and many other situations where a CF is ridiculous overkill!

Not the animal stuff (just what is that by the way), but I tried some of the CBD stuff a couple of years back, you can get assorted sweets, gums, oils, whatever! Frankly it did nothing for me, tasted horrible and was silly money!

Why is it that a small section of society (who get a disproportionate amount of publicity) judge others and consistently get them cancelled for telling the truth. The UK has gone down the pan and it needs to stop!!
-
Every single council in the UK has a housing waiting list, and we have countless people living on the streets. I've said it all along, so how come ILLEGALS get 5 star treatment when they arrive and then still often have the cheek to complain!!!!
-
I'm trying as many places as I can (that I haven't been banned from) to get as much info as possible. Bonkers really, it was only 6-8months back I got rid of my FAC Theoben, had the 2 then, now I have none, and now I'm stuck!

Pretty much sums it up for me, I have assorted torches, lamping kits and NV. The NV has the ability to link to recording but never taken that step.

OK, my Falcon FN 19 Skeleton which I bought new in about 2000 is in need of more work. Its not been the most reliable gun in the world throughout its life, but more problems now. I'm beginning to think it is time for a new gun, technology has changed a lot in the last 23 years. Let me be clear, this is a work gun, my Falcon has run between about 19-30ft lb throughout is life as circumstances dictated, it is currently running at 28, which works fine for the work it is generally doing now, that gives me a first zero around 12 yard and a zero of 58 yards with little more than an in

That looks like things are opening up!!! Unheard of hear. Every time the law changes in this country it simply gets tighter!
-
You are way ahead of me technology wise, I've nothing to record like that! Maybe I should look more into it, loads of people filming these days!

....and another thing, just what is wrong with people, we are a bit short of a few fruit and veg, get over it, the whole international food supply chain is working feverishly to resolve the situation! When they do, you will probably notice a price rise, and complain about that as well, its called supply and demand, its been around forever!
-
Indeed, it is NOTHING to do with Brexit. In addition, the French pay more for pretty much everything food related than the UK, so when there is an international shortage the suppliers stick with the countries they make the most profit from, like France. I'm there a lot, and it never ceases to amaze me how expensive general food items are compared to the UK. There is very little I bring back except wine!!!

Her recent BBC exploits made me even more convinced she is dangerous and should be kept out!

Hi Everyone, I need the help of you clever people please. My FN19, about 22 years old and running around 26Ft Lb is not cocking. This has started, and got worse over about the last 4-5 magazines (around 36 shots). It works sometimes and then you try and cock it, and no matter how hard and far back you pull the bolt, it simply will no cock. I struggle for a while and then it will maybe cock properly 2 or 3 times and then simply refuse to cock again. I don't pretend to be a Falcon expert but this seems strange to me, can anyone help me solve this problem please? Gun is pretty us

I thought I was getting old but obviously not, I do it myself but I certainly don't enjoy it.

?????? 3 boxes +!
-
Exactly, Albania is not the country it used to be! Went there on holiday about 4 years back, now I don't pretend to have inspected the whole country but, it far exceeded my expectations! Send them back instantly!

I'm not following the argument, so, are you saying we should give up and let her in? What we need to do is keep her and all the illegals out, we are reminded daily of the illegal channel crossings, I don't see a few headlines about her takes anyone's minds off the channel issue!!
