If you don't know why your FAC was revoked what case do you have?? The NRA or any Home Office club will be very reluctant to get involved in any revocation, as they will be guilty by implication if they don't win. Any Club/NRA will likely want to distance themselves from any member with a revoked FAC asap, indeed they will probably have to, as there are will be serious difficulties in letting that member continue to shoot, especially if he can't advise the Club/NRA, WHY his FAC was revoked. Being a bit serious about the sport will have no effect whatsoever in any Police decision to

I am Secretary of a Home Office approved club, many/most clubs are! It is distinctly useful in opening doors, but there are lots of hoops to jump through. I don't see any way it will help someone who's FAC had been revoked, indeed any Home Office Club will be very concerned about a member this has happened to and keep them at arms length, this will reflect on the Club as well as the member!!! Same applies to NRA membership, the NRA will not be happy with a member who gets his FAC revoked!

He either has cover for this or he doesn't, if he does, they can't refuse him simply because others are in the same position!!!???? ????? What same position, having FAC revoked and not being told why??????

That needs more detail, because "fundamentally" ANYONE can hold a sub 12 ft lb air rifle as long as they are not specifically barred. And basic revocation of a SGC does not bar anyone holding a 12ftlb air rifle!

That is bonkers! He MUST establish exactly why his FAC/SGC have been revoked!!! Depending on the answer to that, there may, or may not, be any reason you can't go out together and lend him a rifle whilst in his company!!

I have simply pointed out that the easiest diet is Eat less, Do more, you seem to have a problem with that for some reason, I pointed out the fundamentals of shedding weight for fat people, it consists of 4 words, and doesn't need to occupy a book full of the masses of diets promoted everywhere, which FAT people commonly make excuses about following! It is as simple as Eat less, Do more. I never said it was EASY for anyone, I pointed out the easiest diet!

It doesn't matter what your predisposition, it doesn't mater what illness you are suffering from, it doesn't matter what excuse you make...if you are FAT then the ONLY way you are going to shed weight is Eat less, Do more, (one or the other, or both), what exactly is bollocks about that????!!

All you are doing is making excuses for being fat, like FAT people do...go see a doctor and get appetite suppressants then!! The best and easiest diet remains.... Eat less, Do more

We are not talking about a hunger gene (whatever that may be) we are talking FAT people. If you are fat then you are either eating too much or not burning it off, or (commonly) a combination of both....FACT!! We are not talking what is easy or hard, we are talking fat people!!! It doesn't matter about your predisposition (or excuse), the best and easiest diet in the world is ........... .....Eat less, Do more
