I charge by the hour on farms and ive got more work than i could dream of. I tried per £ mole but it only works if your close to home. As soon as you need to travel your on a loser imo.

Theres plenty on here who do this sort of thing. Without knowing what the rat situation is and whats in the warehouse, the price seems ok. Make sure your paperwork is up to scratch and contract is written out properly as it could bite you on the arse, as could insurance. Make sure your insured for a decent sum as its your arse and house on the line if your a sole trader, your business if your LTD. Trappa

I found a purse last year. It didnt have a great deal of money in, a couple of twentys, but it had loads of cards in. I had a look through it, found out the lasses number with some homework and phoned her. She was over the moon and i was happier with that than spending her £40 to be honest. Plus she brought me a few cans which was nice.

You will get a decent sum if you sell to the right person. Plenty collect these but its very hush hush. Take your time and get top dollar.

They are getting more urban. My friend said he had seen a sparrowhawk in redcar town centre, i didnt believe him to be honest until i was sat at a crossing waiting for train to go past and it flew straight past my windscreen.

Bumping quad as its going to go on fleabay this week and dont want to fork out the ridiculous fee's they charge so would prefer to sell elsewhere. Can get some photos if your interested.

I use vuze. Its got loads on but you will need some form of anti virus whatever site you go on.

I know! I did literally loads of homework and got an absolute cracker, its only got 200 odd hours on the clock and is nigh on mint but im concentrating on domestics and only doing a handful of farms so ive got a quad that im hardly doing anything with it. Its not earning its keep and i realise that now so i may as well let it go to a good working home.
