    If you look at the photo you can see she is slender, thin faced and looks smaller than average. I must know something as i was right. As in "herd" of cows yeah. Large number of hoofed mammals. I think you mean "heard" FF

    I took my 5 kits out yesterday as a training session... They seemed to know what was what from the off. Ended up with 6 rabbits... They are 17 weeks old. FF

    Linseed oil here too... And i staple a rubber matt to the bottom to stop water ingress through putting down on the wet grass. FF

    There was afew actions made in sweeden (logun) i think, they made for webley, air gun sport and logun itself Is it an 8 shot mag? With bout 45-50 shots per fill? If so its the same as the ags litew8 i have one in .22 its 15 years old and shoots like a dream still Hope this helps FF

    Careful...looks like a footpath there buddy. Nice shooting... always head shots, if the oppotunity for a shot doesnt appear, it will be there next time or even breed and make more for you to shot later on. FF

    Been given 2 beef knuckles for ferrets by my neighbour, there the cooked type for dogs. Are the ferrets aloud them? Cheers in advance. FF

    I think they are made in the same factory then sold to the different suppliers... But from experiance i have noticed that same brand pellets with different batch numbers have different impact points. So i always check when i get a new tin... Thats without going into the ballistic coeffient of the pellets. Every time you get a new tin a pellets shoot 3 or 5 pellets through at your 5 yard distances to check your impact points, this is what i do and it works for me. FF

    Ha. I read that as "she massaged me 30 mins ago" i was going to ask for some pies got a few ladies thet i would have given them to. Lol My nanna always used to make a good rabbit pie. FF

    Ive been using barnett elastic in tan to good effect out to 20 yards or so, thsn they seem to die off. Ok for paper but not confident in taking shoots at quarry. Is the red tubes more powerfull from barnett or is it just colour? Anyone recommend a good make of tubes to try? Its for an old milbro catty... FF

    If the cover doesnt die back and you cant get to the holes, can you not just use longnets? And keep a watchful eye out for the ferret? FF

    I could never steal a perm. Not my way... Ive got a good perm at the moment. just starting to get into trapping with the land owner, he has a problem fox at the moment. Lost a few chickens and guinea foul. This year is my 2nd season ferreting too. I love that and have managed to train one to come back to a call as i dont use a collar/finder. Got afew air guns Daystate regal .177 Hw97 .22 Hw77 .22 Hw57 .22 Ags litew8 .22 Ive sort of got a craving for a .20 calibre but not sure what yet. Maybe a rapid I like reading all "the locals posts" and the banter. Some is very close.

    On sunday morning out with my airgun, sat up against a fence after gutting my rabbits and making a roll up. Not expecting to see anything, suddenly noticed 3 polecats/ferrets running along the hedge line. Only managed to picture one of them. In tree root I saw 2 little ones and one big one (jill with 2 kits???). Told the land, owner he doesn't think anyone near him has ferrets as no one had ever asked to ferret before. They didnt seem to put of by me being there. I acctually followed them down the hedge line and shot 2 bolters left one for them, which had gone when i walked

    Ive got my court facing east west so the sun arcs over it with a roof each end and a 3 tier hutch or 4 if inclueding the foof of the hutch. Now added an extension on the end in the shape of a 6x3x3 hutch for a pent house. Looks pretty good i think. Just upgradsd from 2 to 7 ferrets. I would defenatly put a water resistant membrane down first as to stop there pee seeping through to the dogs. Also dont forget about airflow some times sheds are good in winter but not so good in summer, could become to hot. FF
