    Fac air is no hassle really. Once attained you won't have any hassle by an over zealous police officer wanting to test your air gun. The advantage is greater in terms of trajectory over the useful range more than any real killing power gain. For instance a 24ft/lb gun won't suddenly kill any better but it will flatten the trajectory. What does seem to make an impression is going up in calibre. The .25&.30 do make for a decisive outcome but you will be returning to a trajectory similar to sub 12. Personally I would like a .35-.45 ball air rifle, 10 shots+ for hunting and live

    Didna have time to ready a front stuffer this afternoon so grabbed the aya and some shells. I got 20 birds down with 27 shots. I only shot for nearly two hours and felt it was enough. Jess did well on the few wounded birds, not retrieving wise but holding them for me. Not bad for a whippet cross thing that looks like the sister to Gru's dog! Tried that method a member suggested from a video of Gordon Ramsey on keeping pigeon in the field to avoid some mess going home! Works well. Trusty single. Why carry two barrels lol. U.

    I agree, all my pigeon shooting has been with air, a little muzzleloader and a 410 this year, been no worse off and the air gun was co2! Well done fellers.

    Alot of these Chinese and the Turkish made rifles benefit from a gentle polish of the barrel crown. Unseen micro burr's can give the issues your having. Every rifle no mater what type that passes through my hands gets a gentle crown polish.

    I prefer mees Duster over the Ferrari, I can go off road in the Duster, see over the hedges and it's better on fuel.

    Good video. Yep hen sparrow hawk. They will take woodies and pheasant poults. Reminds me of when a Maggie was mobbing a squirrel in a pine. I got the Maggie and as it tumbled down through the pine the squirrel chased it down and grabbed it and fanged it all over! Then I shot the squirrel?

    It won't be a big issue but I feel your disappointment. Afraid the gun industry, especially airgun industry is not what it use to be for quality control! Is there a special seal missing between the whip and robe?

    I just wrap a bullet in some 1000 wet&dry and rotate back and forth and walk around the gun at the same time. Sounds daft but it keeps everything even. No need press on or use a drill, your only after micro burr's.

    Being a Mauser action it should be operated muzzle up. If not and accidentally push feeds a round plus the hornet being a rimmed round the claw extractor may not ride over the rim of the now chambered round and if it gets stuck you need a rod next. It happened to me years ago so I shaped the bevel on the front of the claw so that it would if necessary ride over a chambered round. ?

    They may be ok now but I recall hearing of some not being accurate at all. Some had bad barrels. Barrels with tight spots and there was one with a tight throat! I may be accused of talking nonsense and fair enough. There are lots out there that must be fine. I never heard of a problem from cz other than stock/barrel interaction. There is one modification I do recommend for the 527 action in hornet! U.
