I hope so, it's all down to how long the scientific papers take to draw up( and how good it is) and according to the people doing it they now have enough field evidence to start on it, also meetings with different body's who,s backing we will need to take it further are being set up and held throughout the year so end of the year would be good

I picked up 3 last year on one stretch of road just a mile or two long, have also found several dead ones in the Gloucester / sharpness canal, funny thing about the canal is there are very few places an otter can enter and exit the water and these areas have always been home to them, the ones that drown are the farmed ones that these tree huggers breed in captivity then just release without a second thought it's actually crueler than just minding your own business and letting nature take its own course the stretch of road I mention runs along a length of water that is completely devoid of life

I think ww3 is slightly more harmful to the world than an old bloke wandering round the countryside looking for signs there is a small population of large cats wandering around the country, and to try and make a connection shows you are slightly removed from reality, this is not call of duty black ops this is real life and when people die they don't respawn and carry on, your making it very easy to see how you may get the wool pulled over your eyes mate, i have a child on a warship heading that way, what's your sacrifice going to be if the shit hits the fan ?????

I only use Theraband gold or 4.5mm latex tube from China and as I,m a bit of an old boy I don't like change, but the gzk bands are stirring my interests as everybody seems to be using them and no one is saying anything negative, I'll probably wait until the winter then buy some in if they are still the flavour of the moment

I come from Roma family lines, we have dark skin, not black but well weathered and curly dark hair (when I still had some) Roma originated from India and not Romania or Ireland as many think and are certainly nothing like or anything to do with Irish tinkers, I find these people and there shitty petty preying on vulnerable people life style a complete insult, they are simply criminals hiding behind a minority title and are as far removed from Roma gypsies as it's possible to get

I do understand your concern about people on your patch, but sadly I am an Englishman and I consider it my birth right to wander were I want in my own country and I will never stop, I,ve been poaching most of my life and now I only poach pictures so I can't even be arrested and charged with anything so I am basically your worse nightmare, I am good friends and do odd jobs and help out many of the people who,s land I use and those that don't want me there I just ignore and carry on, so to answer your original question the law won't be able to help you unless you take out a private lawsuit, -
Don't know what it's like near you but were I live we have several Indian type people that fix iPhones and the like, they can usually Unlock phones and car radios for a tenner, if all else fails
