If my kids were young I,d home school them, just because the government now have more power than a parent over school kids and in the OP,s case definately home school, if your kids go to private school parents can't be fined, that's fair and just, more control over the future work force that's all it is, goodluck hope it works out ?

I think there's a little jack socket you can plug it into a transformer as well mate, I was thinking about using some adjustable bank sticks to make the spit adjustable for height if I can find some, were the inner stick is the same diameter as the two uprights you could cut them in half and sit them inside the bank stick making it adjustable, nice job on the pork joint mate looks good, I was quite chuffed with the results of my first attempt as well ?

Wish I could say I,ll still be around in 20/30 years mate, as I think you may possibly be the one out of the sceptics on here to do a full 180 and even have your own encounter by then, train lines like quarry,s are normally close to most sightings so your in the right place, just keep your eyes open

What I,m always looking for mate, ?I find quite a few things by watching animal behaviour, magpies and jays are the best at tracking, they home in on kill sites and go mental if a preditor is about, even some domestic animals like horses are very good at letting you know what's about by there behaviour, my bino,s are always on the dash or round my neck, they allow me to cover lots more ground than just walking it,

It was more bull than runner mate, plus from the hill top I was on I could see for miles in all directions and it was hunting totally alone, I watched it cover several fields plus a small wood between them and not a person anywere around,

I sat and watched a feral dog recently, I was on the top of a hill glassing the wood line below me with the wind on my face when I caught some movement in the tree,s I thought deer at first but kept watching as it made its way through the woods acting more like a fox than a deer, eventually a sandy brown bull X mongrel with a black saddle came out and continued checking every bush and piece of cover as it worked the field edge, I was quite impressed with how efficient it was working every bit of cover as it went ,I,ve also heard of a group of farmers in north wales that thought they had a cat

She's a proper bird, all her teeth ground flat through eating nuts, and a tumour like a football caused by all the Russian space debris that lands in Siberia and she still lives a totally wild life, makes bear grills look like a Boy Scout, but I still could,nt ?

There is a documentary on utube somewhere, it's only the daughter left after they met the geologists the rest of her family died, she,s also got an immune system like no other and is resistant to things like limes disease, it would take a bathtub full of beer before you would though ??

After all the wet weather in spring the water table round here seems fine lakes barely dropped and chew valley res still has loads of water and is at normal levels for the time of year,the fishing on the brecons was a bit harder with levels down a couple of weeks back when I was there ?

Sorry I have,nt read the full thread as I disagree 100 percent in the entire pedigree dog thing, it's simply a way of inflating prices , dogs should be bred for the work they do and temperament ,appearance should be at the bottom of the list imho sorry if it's already been said but that's my angle on it
