    Mate there are no bargains on websites, the people in the no have had all the deals before the adds go up, door knocking and leg work is were you’ll find bargains I know one lad that’s just bought a 4 bed house in Bristol for a 100k cash, it’s worth around £270/£300k finished and will cost him another £20/£30k to get it there, that’s around £150k profit in a year, the best deal I personally know of from door knocking was a 3 bed fire damaged ex council house for £2500 cash to a very angry ex wife that just wanted to off load it and hurt her husband, when I finally move onto a boat I will be af

    Go onto the land registry website look up the property you have your eye on, trace owner/next of kin etc then make them a cash offer at which point if they accept you will need a solicitor to draw up the legal bits and do your search’s then if all’s good hand over your wedge take your keys and begin building your empire ??

    There may be a world of difference in your eyes but in the eyes of joe public you are just as cruel, peta,s objectives are very clear and by dividing everything and shoving pictures like that in your face you are being fooled into supporting the very people that will take away your every last right, the final objective for them is fishing, but even they realise they can’t win a full on attack so it is the last one on the list once everything else is banned, cruelty is to prolonged an animals demise for your pleasure, these people are just trying to feed themselves in a hot place without refrig

    I do the bins for an agency when I have no work on and things like that are not uncommmon, however the bin lorry and soon the bin men are covered in cameras, so it’s a bit of a silly look at me I’m billy big bollacks kind of action, there are shovels on the side of the wagon and if your threatened it’s quite reasonable to defend yourself, in no walk of life should any man stand there and allow a little twat like that to walk up and hit him on the head, if your not going to whack him at least run away, ?
