All good and well saying test your dog to the limit and keep one dog and put all your time into it, but when they get serious injuries or worse death, then you ain't got a leg to stand on. That's my reason I'm getting a pup in this spring, because this season Iv had injuries and EVERY OTHER season Iv had Iv had injuries. Two runners always better than one if you got tidy permission that are eager for you to show up

There's one of them blue eye things for sale on one Facebook page

How would you rate your 'naughty boy'? Rake? Also why has Hancock gone down the beardie/border stud route. I know he does straight border pups but the majority of pups are from the 'naughty boys'. He must have bred hundreds from the naughty boys now. Has anybody on here got one? Can you give an assessment of it? Rough coated merles ... There the best sellersi asked why he don't breed 3/4 grey 1/4 beard as that was I was interested in at the time, he told me they don't sell and then went on to say about the naughty boys. Woody don't produce rough merles he saya. So if they are best sellers h

The naughty boys are reverse 3/4 to a 3/4 to make a half x then put to a grey to produce 3/4, they ain't "proper" 3/4 bred, I agree. But on paper I suppose they add up. I spoke to him not long back, although he was great on the phone, the way he spoke about his dogs pissed me off, I didn't bring up cost, colour or coat to him but he spoke as if it was just business, WHICH IS WHAT IT IS, but not for me really. I'm glad Iv sources a possible pup from good breeding

I got one and is now resting up due to shoulder. Taking it easy and getting a tidy bred pup in the new year so next year il have two collie Xs, can't wait for me new pup hope everything goes to plan with mating.

I said some,if they been mine I wouldn't took pics of them let alone put them up for sale, didn't he used to mill his own meal one time?I had a beardie /border bitch back in 2002? Very Small bitch, ,pot filler but no world beater ,only thing I can remember is she liked rolling fox shit. If you go on his gallery the beardie x kyna she looked like a smaller pricked eared version of that. exactly, does Hancock put and advert up saying "we breed world beaters"....nope. Most of them will be average some will be shit. I bet there's a lot more decent dogs coming from him than there is total shit o

find it funny when ever Hancock dogs get brought up, it's always "my mate had this one....or...I knew someone up the road and it was ..,,or my mate got given one and it was...." Lol yet the people who say I HAVE HAD ONE, have turned out half decent. Think most people think because it's a Hancock it should turn out a world beater, end of the day most lurchers bred will turn out AVERAGE. The cost is there because they are genuine collie xs and the percentages are there for you to see along with plenty of back ground info. Ye a lot of other people are breeding better litters but they ain't

Old Deerhound/greyhound Cross.
Somewhereyournot replied to pablo esc's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Watched lurcher mania today, that dog axel and the other collie grey deer grey both 28.5, 29.5tts had no problem with rabbits. My bitch was 28.5, and was shit. Just goes to show sometimes size isn't as clear cut. -
goal posts, usually when grass is cut they cut up cans that are like razors, up by me they have 2-3" dia holes going into the ground near edges, if your dog puts his leg down while running it will snap it...Suppose everytime u slip wherever something could happen mind

Awesome little pup mate

hows that?

Reminds me of my dogs first ever run on lamp, he too caught on first run and came back within feet to me with it still alive, also on a sports pitch. Onwards n upwards mate, Atb

Bit short on range for the dogs by the sound of it. with the PLR you are getting a good 500 plus metre beamthe PLR must be much better than the deben tracer then cos my mates didn't get nowhere near 500 from his.

Go out and don't expect anything as you will get stressed. I find the more worked up I get the worse my dog does lol

Work for longer periods, quicker muscle recovery, and quicker muscle repair when damaged, I also noticed better muscle tone when using White-E with vitamins B and C.That sounds an excellent thing for a lamping lurcher then sl.but what I meant was, how many rabbits, foxes and so on does it have the edge over a dog that's not taking it like

How hard do the dogs need to work for these supplements to come into play..

It happens. First part of season was like this for me with inexperienced dog, all over them only for rabbit to outmanoeuvre my dog n slip away, was really frustrating some nights. But he's seemed to have click recently, I hope so, so I can put them nights behind me lol
