    Too old for that mate Lol. Wouldn't be for me I was ground worker, maintenance you know manual worker. But like the cooking growing my own veg and foraging for bit and pieces. Think a lot of people have lost the ability to cook a meal with some veg in the diet. Shame they don't teach some basic meals at school. But thank you for your comment. Cheers Arry

    Being in my 70's I get appointments for checkups by the nurse more of a bollacking really plus blood sample, blood pressure. A lecture what I should eat etc etc. I'm about 12st 10 thats about 3lb over my recommended BMI. But the bloody nurse ripping into me and not believing me when I say i walk a lot and stay active is about 18st and only a short ass. Cheers Arry

    My runners had all but finished at the end of July so I cut them down by three quarters gave them a good feed and some not all are flowering again. Getting a feed about every three days now. Cheers Arry
