Celery smells lovely cooking in a stew, as do leeks.
-
You don't like celery?!! Arry, and I mean this with the utmost respect of your culinary knowledge etc, you do know that cooked/stewed celery tastes very different to raw celery? Either way, we all have our own likes/preferences etc, and I love celery, cooked or raw, and often eat it raw, sometimes dipped in a little salt and pepper.

I remember leaving school and the shipyards and mine had closed down, absolutely nothing for a school leaver, couple of years later I headed south and worked on docklands on the isle of dogs for an Irish firm McGinleys, and used to get my cheque cashed on a Friday night in an Irish pub in Kilburn called McGoverns,a tiny slot at the back of the pub you used to pass your check through and your cash would be passed back out, sometimes rough looking blokes would walk down the queue of cheque bearers rattling a bucket collecting for whoever and whatever.

Certainly, why not ? Even the lads I met who were not from privileged backgrounds were part of the social circle and benefitted, be that agri contracting, fencing, machine work, farm management……that circle is small mate and it’s not a great mental leap to know that if you f****d one that’s you done, so imagine f***ing over the biggest one of the lot. Utter pricks don’t last long in them circles mate and not long enough to do damage. Just my own personal experience of course.

Yeah, that description just about covers it... She can find just about anything, and can bite an hole through a wall. Better marking, faster and more powerful than any terrier I've ever seen. Faults, all of the above, and is neurotic too... Well, ya can't have everything...

Im no expert in gloves , never done MMA myself , but ive seen trevor wittman talk about the gloves he has called "onyx" that hold you hands in a curved position instead of the UFC gloves that naturally open up your hands I do agree gane looked very good tho . Obviously the biggest test for aspinall and it was looking like it was going to be a proper fight Thing is modern day everybody is on a wind up online and working for clickbait so all the aspinall hate stems from that . Im not impervious to it but im not a commenter on social media so just let it go End of the day it was
