Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Corned beef, peas and potato pie

It definitely needed the gravy because I made the pastry too dry.

With asparagus and roast garlic 👌 best I've seen for a while.

Have you tried leek and corned beef pie? My nannas speciality, the leek makes the pie, worth a try lads 👍

What a treat...lovely.

Morrisons had them Bass fillets on offer 6 for £10

I don't know if anybody is interested but easy way to cook them with out stinking the house out pan frying. Bake them in the oven.

preheat a Fan oven 200 degrees,  put a piece of baking parchment on a baking tray I spread a tiny bit of oil on it. Then put the Bass fillets flesh side down brush oil on the skin and bake for just 7 minutes, come out perfect every time.

Cheers Arry
