If Pie and Mash is the best yous Southern Monkeys can come up with yous best pack in now ?

I don’t know if the North has a dish that you’d associate with it really, Lancashire Hot Pot maybe??

But say Pie, Mash & Liquor and that is uniquely London.

Arbroath Smokey’s and Haggis is obviously Scotland but what would be the North’s signature dish I wonder ?

There’s not many towns that have a food associated with them is there.

Obviously Pie & Mash is London and Melton Mowbray has pork pies

As I’ve said, Arbroath has smokies

anywhere else ?
