Yep, used to spend a bit of time in Bexleyheath & Erith in the 90's. Used to walk down an average suburban road at night and squeak. Wasn't uncommon to have five or six foxes come out and follow.

Ran them in Shooters Hill, Slade Green and loads of park spaces round there. Danson Park wasn't even worth a squeak, just walk and lamp the bins, they were like rats...

Had 4 lads from Stafford in same digs and either 3 or 6 of lads I was down there wi a few of the lads had never seen a fox showed 1 of Stafford lads how to squeak em in wi a bit of polystyrene on window he loved it had them running in to back garden most nights

Keeperd ground is crap for um

f***ing definitely when they've got night vision a 22 rim pointing at them 🤣🤣. One of my old pals got a Ripley riffle not the ones made nowadays at Ripley LTD load of wank them . This was made by an old chap that started the Ripley riffles off in Ripley in his back yard in like a workshop. Monster of a gun for an air riffle. That messes owt up that moves. Unreal bit of kit.

Looking at McHull's comments, I'd say it's him that's thrown his toys out, it's very personal and very heartbreaking, I'm crushed...

Thing is Gunter, most of those on here enjoy 'talking' dogs, pro's and cons, and enjoy that about the site.

Having just about every post anyone puts up, if it doesn't fit into his rhetoric, laughed at... It ruins almost every lurcher post and tends to put folk on the defensive.

I'd agree with your thoughts on 'general talk' but who wants to talk dogs when you are just bombarded with his bullshit. We all enjoy a laugh, but FFS keep it in context. People take being laughed at seriously...!

Yes mate I agree but I'd talk any type of dogs with people the matter what the threads about he's as mad as a march hare and offers everyone out I'd like him to come over as I said just for a hunt sure he'll get a bit of crack if anything so will I   but you can keep it in context with men that are on your wavelength  and into the same type of dogs hunting just by pass it if you don't like it that's my view not even trying to start anything with either I'm just saying I'm sure everyone is long enough in the tooth that they can just let it go over there head

Same all over London and surrounding areas mate, saw 2 walking down the middle of my missus's aunts road in Bromley in the middle of the day a few weeks back.Couple of years back I was with my pal up in East London and he took me into a little close of about half a dozen houses in Beckton and badgers had dug a spot,2 holes right in the middle of someone's block paved driveway.Another pal of mine lived in Greenhithe right behind Bluewater. One day we were sat in his kitchen and his dogs were kicking off and he said "poxy foxes will be on the kennels"I thought he was taking the piss till he told me to look out his landing window and sure enough there was 2 foxes asleep on the roof of his kennels.

Morning, taken a step back from quad bikes and hounds - Don’t need the grief anymore. Having moved house my country has changed, curious of those that do hunt the hills with their lurches and a terrier at your heel, how do you bring them on? Getting the right dog for the job is no brainier but what about the training? Thanks.

      **sorry for the double post**
I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.)
Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think?
She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect
