But all they will get for there dedication is political point scoring words!Have to take your hat off to all the emergency services for how they've dealt with it I've got a pal who works as a nurse at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, he had just got in from his shift when he saw news of the attack on TV and he turned straight around and headed back into work. Plenty of his colleagues did the exact same thing too. RIP to all the victims, my thoughts are with their families and those families still waiting to hear what has happened to their loved ones Yep alot of folk done the right thing. I heard taxi drivers were transporting folk for free hotels putting folk up for the night etc and as you say hats off to emergency services Twitter was full of folk in the area offering places to stay for folk who were stranded or waiting for family to pick them up too, was great to see the community pulling together like that. It's a bit like the three girl film on bbc, that would never have seen the light of day a few years back. Anyone else feel like they're being drip fed and manipulated into a pre decided outcome?. I wouldn't bet that the perpetrator(s) were in any way part of their actual 'organisation'. arcticgun 4,548 Posted May 23, 2017 Report Share Posted May 23, 2017 (edited) Devastating news my deepest sympathy too the families of the victims, Too many times we hear hours afterwards how the perpetrator was on a 'List' or being 'watched', how about simply deporting everyone on said lists, including anyone proven too sympathise with said causes or groups? Make people accountable for what their children are up too by ensuring that everyone knows once a 'suspect' is proven too have these designs then its not only them but their entire family that will be removed from the country, maybe a bit of collective accountability would ensure that people don't turn a blind eye or fail too speak up I honestly think they also need too stop immigration full stop, until such a time comes when we actually know who is here and who they are, anyone failing too produce real identification and residency again should simply be removed, the threat is simply too high too take such risks, We have faced this before when the IRA terrorised the mainland Britain, we said at the time 'we don't negotiate with terrorists' only too end up round a table with tea and cakes with said terrorists, problem being with that soft limp wristed approach is that these particular guys don't want tea and cakes and don't appear to want to settle for scraps either, we set a bad precedent back then, so maybe now is the time to get it right and keep our people safe all the politicians currently badly need every vote, don't give them a single vote until one of them shows us a realistic way our country and its people can be kept safe and put their safety put first and foremost, if it was a couple of their pals oil fields at risk they would act with maximum aggression, which imho is what is needed to sort this mess out. Sod the financial crisis and Brexit they need to sort this problem out first off, I'm mind reading an article once in the press about the IRA it basically stated that the security forces knew all of them and could simply wipe them out of existence in one fell swoop, I guess 'lists' etc considered its pretty much the same in this case, so why not simply remove the threat in the most effective manner, thus sending a message worldwide that it aint happening here It simply astounds me that in this day and age people are still killing for religion and words written in books centuries ago, its pure madness, not one shred of evidence of the exsistence of any god whatsoever, but the blood on the pavements is very real, yet another very sad day Edited May 23, 2017 by arcticgun 10 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Twisted soft in the head cowards imo.
