My old mate long since dead now used to have a saying for when a terrier was in top condition and stripped for work, he used to say "you could strike a match on that terrier he's that hard", always made me laugh but also proud to have the dog in such condition, atb, WM

I like that one WM, I remember years ago John Park looking over a terrier and on lifting it, described it as like a coiled spring of gristle an muscle.

So, if someone was to offer to sell me a dog that was 2 years old and was 'like shit off a shovel, ' was 'smashing teeth' at 10 months with a mouth like a 'bear trap', is as 'game as they come' will 'run through a brick wall to catch', has no 'reverse gear' can 'turn on a sixpence', has 'wind to burn', 'prey drive through the roof', can 'ping any fence', is 'mustard on long ears field or fen, no kickups' always gives 110%, only for sale THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, should I be a tad scepticle? :unsure: ......................... :D

Done really well through the spring and summer , sorry to see him go , but needs new home before the winter starts, 125% on all quarry up to 3 months old and milky does smashes them, Good dog for next summer commitments down the job centre., pregnant girlfriend and cost of draw and Lambrini forces sale £40 quid no offers :boogy::yes::toast:
