    One of the best places I've been for rabbits in the last 20 years other than the Highlands,is some MOD land down towards Southampton way that a mate has permission on... I get more in 2 hrs than I do in a season local,all open Warren's,and he lets me take a few birds and that's bolting and shooting them

    myself and my Mrs are keeping an eye on the prices,quite a few boats have been on the market for a good while,some have dropped by 30k Im thinking of staying in a marina from November to February,then spend the rest of the month's travelling around while the weather's nice etc...wont be until my 3 have left the nest mind.. something to look forward too

    I was lucky in my early teens,I used to get out with an old boy Jimmy,he taught me how to snare,how to conduct myself around an earth,while digging to different quarry,He introduced me to the landowners and later gave me all his permissions-he was still coming out with us aged 81 until he passed away- without his help I wouldn't of had half the opportunities,he opened up for me... something I will always be grateful for...I still have the old terrier couples,pegging out chains ,and T bar he made me,had em close to 30 yrs

    I'm very surprised that she's actually still alive,after the amount of time she's been there? All her husband's and children are dead.... someone, somewhere has plans for her,that's why she's still alive mush the other girls that went over with her at the start,are all back on British soil
