    Haha I know that feeling! It happens every morning for me. I walk downstairs and look out onto the garden, pigeons sat there. I jump in the car and set off to work and there they are again sat on the telephone wire at the other side of the house!

    As above fat end at the fork thin end at the pouch. They do make your bands snap easier, but they increase the power with an easier draw. I'm currently using 30-15mm tapers doubled up, 19cm long, and they are super powerful

    Bobbed up to my mates house last night. He had a couple of rabbits bounding around the garden and I had the catty and a couple of 9.5mm bearings in the car so I asked him if he wouldn't mind... Headshot from about 5yds. Cheers J

    The current ir gives a good image to about 35yds, them dims quite a bit, which I pretty useful for holdover! I'm sure a T20 could get a better range though but this one cost £12 lol. The camera is attached with a 40mm proplast coupler from screwfix, fits Hawke and mtc scopes well. The camera is wrapped in leather to centre it and give a snug fit in the coupler

    That's the beauty of a springer. I'm thinking of having two set ups one top end pro sport v mach and half mil dot scope then a bog standard hw99s maybe welsh willy tuned but standard barrel length no silencer, a simple 4x32 with low mounts maybe even some good open sights

    Try a sample pack of each from pellet perfect, it's the only proper way to find out. I think there's also some kind of pellet swap thread on here? I've got some 4.52's you can have a sample of, infact I'm going to get the full sample jsb range of .177 exacts so I'll send you the left overs if you can wait a week or two

    That longbow is a peach, nice pics. Not tried anything with a thumbhole stock yet, I imagine it helps trigger control a bit?

    I used a crombo on an S200 and it was great, but be prepared to do a bit of number crunching if you use it for checking average and deviation. The bigger stand alone units do this for you (from what I have seen)

    It won't make much difference tbh, depends on the WF profile. Some can be quite aggressively tapered, others can be a lot more delicate. I use a #4 DT myself for smallish rivers and find it ideal,

    Had this one in mind for my first FAC .22lr but I've had to put off application due to buying a new house so I'm letting her go. The glass is spot on (see pics) but the body has a good few scratches. Lovely sight pic great scopes they have a really good rep. This one is in silver and has a duplex ret (30/30) I'm asking £40 picked up or £45 posted. Cheers J

    Completely illegal to hunt with lol but they are good fun. Some one needs to design one where the forks don't need to be held bolt upright.
