    use osb to your framing then clad it in tin same for roof , you could use 4x2 or 6x2 for your studing and insulate inside. youd need roughly a 18.5ft rafter each side there for needing perlings around the middles of your rafters, or you could get trussed rafters delivered. if yous are making it yourselves it could save a fair bit on labour. or just use metal framing and tin but gets cold and condensation inside like a barn
