The top BBQ looks the bollicks Bottom dishes are both Tom Yum soup, The leaves in the soup in the second pic are some weird Chinese spinach type thing I picked up (really nice tasting tbh). I cooked the mussels separate and added them to the soup after.     just order or make 1 cubic metre then you'll have enough. As long as it's 75 MM deep, check with a straight edge and tape over a few parts of your shutter to be sure that's how much you need

    i made it and is lovely, I just used it the same as beef, with beef stock carrot onion slow cooked for 4 hrs before topping with buttery mash and another 40 mins in oven to finish
