I was impressed by Liam at the One Love Manchester concert when he dedicated Live for Ever to those people killed in the Manchester terror attack. The only person who mentioned the "elephant in the room".

Leave the mods alone and get outdoors?Pics from your walk ?

No pictures but... people walking a large spitz type dog and a wire haired dachshund this morning. As always I spotted them way before they spotted me and before they got too close shouted out do you mind putting your dogs on a lead, mine in is a cantankerous old swine? They put the big dog on the lead. Thank you for that. As we passed their little dog, only about 11" TTS but a nice type and at least 18lb, maybe more, quickly got aggressive and made a move on my 14 year old terrier, who was a lead. No harm done, I saw it coming and flicked it off with the side of my boot. It got back to -

Once the hype and panic buying dies down there will be tickets available. Just try not to worry, you'll see them (some day), in 2025.

I had never really heard about these dogs until recently but as a keen amateur cynologist I have done a little research. Bill Sykes invented the EBT in 1964. He sold the litter wastage that had no chance of winning Crufts to the Americans in America. The Americans crossed the poor quality EBT's with pointers and created the APBT. Mike Reid imported APBT's into England in 1984. He sold a bitch to his milkman, Ernie. Ernie delivered milk to Diane Abbott. To Diane's eye that APBT was the most perfect of dogs and she purchased it from Ernie and put her Great Dane, Scooby Do, over the bit

I'm not educated on politics, never had much interest, but have no problem with Sir John. He generated work and development in the region. Saved NUFC from oblivion as a hobby. End of politics from me. 5- 2 Sunday. Isak 1st hat trick, Gordon 1, William Osula 1 for his 1st goal in EPL to take the roof off!

Don't go dragging me into it. I just think Almiron has has his day and Murphy is not consistent enough. That Jenrick doesn't even look like a footballer IMO.

Eddie should have been more specific when he asked for someone on the right at St. James'.

Comments earlier in the thread regarding putting a running dog in a track race situation that is not schooled for reminds me of terrier racing. Different now I suppose but at a time when many terriers at a show were working terriers once the traps opened or dogs had been slipped it often quickly descend into a proper scrap and some short legged pet Russell type would end up the only one chasing the fox brush and become a terrier racing champion. Never understood it

No matter where he ends up apparently Newcastle get 13% of the Toney sale in £££'s. For all his faults Ashley was/is an astute businessman.

I find Go Outdoors suits my needs these days. There is loads of stock that you can try for fit and quality. Lots of tat but some reasonable gear. I assume the cheap prices for the decent stuff is just because manufacturers bring out new designs every few years so it is probably old new stock. -
Bournemouth v Newcastle - the chalked off Bournemouth goal for hand ball. Now the hand extends to the arm but ends at the shoulder. Commentators and pundits saying the shoulder ends where the shirt sleeve ends. What the f**k?!?. Deltoid (shoulder muscle) overlaps the biscepts bracchialis (spelling) does it not? Good decision point for the Toon But poor Hare and Burke gave their lives for nothing.

They're definitely getting bigger.

God bless the little foxes, and protect them from their friends.

Changing Laws on a whim, changing how existing laws are interpreted, charging and prosecuting our own people not because laws that were broken, because they changed them after the event. That is Great Britain.
-
Democracy may have its origins in ancient Greece but in the modern world an honest political and legal system is credited to Great Britain. The template that all other countries aspired to. It is now being ripped apart from within.

I just had a Victor Medrew moment. Doing the weekly shop and only 1 till open so forced to use the self checkout. Straight away got the remove last item, then it happened again. I called the young lass over and said this thing isn't working properly, why can't you just open more tills? I then corrected myself and apologised, saying I know it's not your fault, ignore me I'm turning into a proper Victor Meldrew. Then another remove last item error giving me the opportunity for a I DON'T BELIEVE IT! Some people smiled, most concentrated on avoiding making eye contact. But the young lass laughed.

The shame and embarrassment. A working bred terrier (proper) reduced to a harness but also one of those extendible dog leads. If he gets himself too exited these days with a collar around his neck he has a turn, flops town and needs a moment. Due to the collar IMO. The extendible lead thing... lads have screeched to a halt driving on roads that he is walked on, and took the piss,. Lads from the past. Nice though that they are still alive

FFS when he came to Newcastle he didn't even know what his surname was, started out as Genas then changed to Jenas.
-
He also said that when training with the England squad made realise how held back he was being when returning to training with the players at Newcastle. Those players being Garry Speed, Alan Shearer, Nobby Solano and others of that quality. Has never good enough to lace those player's boots.

My man has Alzheimer's. Dad had dementia + other shit. If they both had the same things it would not be so bad. The hearbreaking thing is to see dad with no compassion towards mam's condition, becuase of his dementia. Because he is no longer himself. No longer the loving husband and great dad that he was for most of his life. Sometimes the people in the care home and so called mental health experts need reminded of this. Not the place to write about this but jukel123 started it is this our house?

So this is our house?
