  1. Absolutely stirring that poo pot there v'man ya as bad as Mac.
  2. lol I saw this too. Basically, 5 made... by him... Different though init.
  3. Ahhhh. Lucifer avatar... ain't seen that in a while. If my memory serves me right, there from the 50's the originals. If it's the one you put the cork in the muzzle before firing. My grandad had one, and I was literally no more than 6-7 at the time. There more of a toy than a gun of any kind. A water gun would probs delivery more FPE. No idea of value mate. It's only worth what some one will pay... 6 quid perhaps, 7 tops
  4. No disrespect Phil but I'd expect literally one hole groups at 15 yards from an R10... what was the weather like? R10's are capable of 1/4" at 40 let alone 15. Taking the H&N as perhaps the best group on your targets there. To be honest though, throwing big old 19 grn lead, it won't matter. Anything it hits is gonna drop. Great looking rifle that mate, from ya other post.
  5. Yeah my man, the Texan ain't really an airgun, but technically it is. Proper aimed at hog hunters for sure. Rats... 45... ?
  6. Why not consider a vintage theoben gas ram mark? Tell ya what my man, if ya can shoot one of those as accurately as ya can a coil, utter rimmage you'll get. From me anyway. I found they made spring shooting a walk in the park. It's such an alien system. I'm after a new one myself, but just gotta save and find the right example, at the same time, and some how sneak it in the house without Jess finding out. F'sake.
  7. Every PS I've shot, and the one I owned, where low on power... if you class 10 low of course. But I can't argue how sweet they are to shoot. It comes from AA themselves back years ago now but they did or do set the power intentionally low for that shooting sweetness. Easy to get up like, just something you'll have to sort out Marko if you want mid 11's. Not that that's a problem.
  8. Indeed my man. Right "thock" even at 9.8 FPE. But as you say, pricier. Damn it.
  9. Great post Si - Looks epic that little 35
  10. In my spare time, I've just completed the new gunpower website... the old one needed an update and the MD of GP asked me to give it a bit of a refresh so it's responsive to the device. I've known him for a while now, even though he's the other end of the country. I'm not really a GP fan myself, as in the rifles, there a tad to tactical for me, but I know the US spank plenty of monkeys about them. Was sent new press images... that bloody stealth with open sights looks a right feral pigeon rig.. in twenty five... it's making me want one. Obviously just keep it open sights though for smashin
  11. Slightly off key here, apologies Op'er. Might be seeing you then at the new IBCC thats opening on canwick hill soon? Just done the signage, exhibition and so on there and every time I set foot in the door, I expect to see you... for some reason Let me know when your planning on going, IF your planning on going. Exhibition is superb. The whole building is. The memorial is the key though, lots of names, big old spire, Lancaster wing span size... Your paintings would sell there, just to let you know. X

As long as it ain't your back door... but knowing them, there in the back door like a rat upohh drain pipe.
  13. hahaha... only just seen this Mac... you may know that as I've only just liked it.
  14. Ive heard at them meets... in a farmers field late at night, with 15 blokes, the "crack" my friend, is only place thats warm and welcoming On a serious note... where is it?
  15. Seen a bit of this of recent. Its a good thing, the tech and the advancement in air guns and so on. But this is sooooo aimed at the those across the pond, and its destination is no doubt a bench - Where it can stay clean. Theres no way that will see a rainy night with a lamp on the rabbits, or, in and around a slurreh pit on rats. Looks expensive. Like CC said, 2+k is a lot... for an airgun, and it'll only group as well as them half the price if not more.
  16. You'll be happy to hear it's from that sex shop Phil... the one you told me about It does look a very handy bit of kit don't it... especially that springy bit... x
  17. Nothing like editing the original reply Marko sounded soft.
  18. Didn't know anyone used coal these days bloody hell, that's reminds me of goin me granmas on a Sunday with me man and dad and that coal smell that surrounded the local area.
  19. Some nice shooting that Matt. I don't use magnums but do use barra matches which are close to the same thing. Great pellet, but only in my 98, having said that, there's the devil inside that's telling me my rapid may like them. It's on the list to check that out as there wayyy easier to get my mits in that 4.53 FTT's. Wish they did um in .20, magnums I mean. For me HM. Boom.
  20. In all honesty I'd have a DS in the blink of an eye. But they are high end bling when they work. I've never known one personally not to work mind, but just hear things from others. Like all models and manufacturers, there are problems. The ones I've shot have been pretty bob on. Think I'll have a pulsar next year. Peppermint pulsar and just keep it in its box.
  21. Si... is that offer still open to share your sleeping bag mate?
