    So we can shoot seagulls?! Always thought they're on the pest side of things. But Ive only encounted them in holiday/seaside towns and such. Dont see that many in the centre of Lincoln.

So she's at the bench, shooting a .308 Daystate Concept, pure product development, but looks a level above it terms of kit. Air guns are coming on so much. There not how they used to be

    Whats your budget Baker and what would you say was stupidly expensive? I have land perhaps like yours in a way, signed off for a small cartridge, but the reason I have the land if due to the airgun use. The stealth I suppose, and the 'less risk'. I have thought about going for me ticket mind, but even though my land owners have the land for it, I dont see the reason for it. It perhaps would give me more confidence though, but I dont know how much Id use that extra 5 yards Do you have a shortlist? Id personally go the Rapid route. Or even the FX maybe. Then failing that, a DS

    You are correct pistol... I'm kinda referencing the original Ripleys from the 90's - the original elite. But yes, you can still get new ones. But there a kinda mish mash of two companies, Steve Wilkins or Wilkin I think his name and some other chap or something... basically a Brocock/DS sort of agreement, but on a much lesser scale. Decent old ones are a small fortune, as manufacturing techniques have come one, they can indeed bang um out for lesser.

    Mark in all honesty mate. Maybe your gonna be hard pressed to find anything noticeably better than what you have... especially in the same caliber. Whats on your shortlist? Out of interest.

    Init mate. They open up much better than the standard hunters too... to the size a .25 at least. These where just shot into a hollow rubber ball... no where near as hard as a pests noggin'... bet they spread like a 5p when they hit oat harder than a soft rubber ball. Great pellet.

    Not a 95 but is... my 98 in .177 took some bloody getting used too... But love it. As an edit, doesn't like the usual brands of lead... By that I mean Fields, FTT's etc. But Barracuda Match though...

    I only go Vmach myself. Never let me down in the past, and hasn't to this day. I did have a TBT in me PS mind. Wish I was more into this tuning lark. Once it's bob on, I don't tend to f**k about with it. I may know more if I did however. My general thinking is steel is heavier than delrin. The heavier internals cause heavier bounce... heavier recoil etc. We can't deny physics. Id second si again this day, it does looks a decent cut that.
