    Dunno what twenty twos you've been shooting Marko but I know of no .22 needing no hold under from muzzle unless it's closer than 12-15 yards. Even elevated. Your watching to much YouTube, it's mushin ya mind mate x

    Ha. My mrs just said it looks like an endurance (she's starting to recognize airgun stuff), I was like nooooooo way I must admit I didn't know the endurance came as 5-15, or with illumination at the eye piece. Learn a new thing every day. Smart as either way. Super smart.

    By the sounds of your autobiography there You'll be absolutely fine, yes, they are significantly heavier, for obvious reasons. Id say, in terms of the weight of the wood, take a standard sporter HW stock, double it, and then take a scopes weight off - perhaps a heavy scope like a menace or something like that and thats about right.     To be honest Mac, I get that, I get what your saying... the look ain't for everybody, but that's why I personally like them, there not about being handsome, or appealing to a market or trend, there about doing a job. They look how they look for a purpose they're intended. A tank, a barrel, a loading mech, some wood. Job done.

    The Theoben rapid, the original, is the first and best multi shot hunting focused PCP ever made. Those who say it's not don't know what there talking about quite honestly. Name another PCP thats proved itself time and time again with fieldsports in mind AND been going nearly 30 years AND still goes for £600+ AND is still used in the field... Answers here >

    Ha... yes tom. Yes. I know this analogy, actually saw it on EVO magazine website, they said the same thing. The original defender exists will only ever exist in the past, any new incarnations are something new. In all honesty though, they probs knows this and are no doubt flogging the new theoben rapid as a completely new thing. Nothing like the old one. I hope.

    Your so right. Rapids have been done and gone. There second hand now, the true ones. There's a saying, not sure what it is but once it's gone it's gone, try and recreate it and it won't work. If you know what I mean.
