I use a haibike treking sduro 7 mate..good bit a kit, used daily for exercising the dog..dont listen to some on here about (fat cxnts only use em).ya can switch em of ya know.also have a komoda chinky one.but prefer the haibike..

Same here riohog.growing up in the fifties/sixties.. we sorta had nothing.. but we had everything,if that makes sense..the good times have gone mate.i wouldn't want to be young again..that's for sure.

Old dog and heat Ray.maybe knocking it about.i feed raw chicken.lamb carcasses,on a night time.. i buy the chicken from a company shop near me.plus when I've run her in the mornings she gets a pot of plain yogurt/sardines/sf50.and a raw egg on top..oh and a green lipped mussel tablet..she eats better than me.hahaha
