  1. As title. worked fine until my little girl decided to put a button in the CD slot..............and my wife tried to get it out with a f**king butter knife! Its been sat not doing anything for months now. Comes with 2 pads and plugs, leads etc. 30 quid?
  2. As above. took this in a px for some ferreting kit a while back. was under power, renewed seals and even worse now. suspect a new gas ram is needed. this is sat in the loft and Im having a clearout. comes with scope and an old tatty bag. open to offers. 40 quid?
  3. Black Van vault site box. excellent condition. 2 keys. Can send pics if required. collection from Doncaster. £225
  4. I am keeping the greenhouse to grow mi toms in! Moving that further down the garden next to the veg plot. I was thinking of trying to do something with it and buy a new one for vegies till I realised the price of a 10 x 8 greenhouse! Im leaving the slabbed base down to build court on.
  5. Few pics.......Well thats 10mins of my life I wont get back. Didnt know why I kept reading but its hilarious. I think the mods should open a new section just for slagging each other off that way the posts can be kept to what they were about! Gaz, the dogs look well. I dont see a problem with 5 miles an hour. Trotting along isnt hard graft. Gets the heart and lungs going without hammering joints. BUT Im not a 'dog man' other than pets. I would love to be but dont have the time and work they deserve and I wont get one to take it out once a week. I used to work with a greyhound trainer so I h
  6. the lips around the sides and back wont be left like that. I had planned on cladding the outside and insulating the gap to keep it warmer in winter and cooler in summer............I may be going a bit OTT! Lucky stinkers!
  7. Started construction on the new hutch today. I drew plans up and had a chippy at work do the cutting for me and it went togrther like a jigsaw so if anyone wants the measures I can send across. It is split as I am planning on having my jills in one part and the hobs in the other.....might be an issue when they are in season? The new hutch is going to back onto a new ferret court which will replace the green house 10'x8'. Hoping to get it all done in the next month or so before the weather turns. https://db.tt/QitLF4QP https://db.tt/fYSjo9uL https://db.tt/I6aNY242 https://db.tt/5Yy
  8. My two started doing similar. Fine in hutch and fine being picked up, let them loose for ten mins and they domt wana go back. As with JamieMs they go in turbo mode and dont wana be stopped. Not aggressive just sortof agited their play time is ending. Quick blow on the face and a NO stops em for now. I really need to get on wi building a court so they can burn off some energy.
  9. Thanks Walshie. I use the mobile version and cant see anything so guessin the full details are on the main site? I will have a look tomorrow at work if I get chance.
  10. Wanting to get back into ferreting after having to give up my pair a couple years ago due to working away. I have myself a pair of hob kits kindly gifted by lurcher lad off here which are growing on now. I am soon to get myself a Jill from a different litter. I plan to build a ferret court and want to keep them all together over winter and seperate them whilst she is in season. Is this feasible? I am concerned that the two hobs will either pull her to bits, or pull each other to bits over her. I previously had a hob and jill from seperate litters together but they were together from day on
  11. Wanting to put a tx200 on the classifieds bit but I cant post in that section? I thought I had done before but obviously not. Ive been a memeber on here a while now so not like Ive just joined to sell. Am I allowed to advertise? If so how do I do it? Thanks
  12. Thats quality. Think Im guna copy!!! I bought a load of 2x2 to build a run for the chickens because the fox had 2 of em.......by the weekend my terrier had the other 4 so the wood is in need of something to do! To be fair to the dog the chickens did fly over the fence into the dog part of the garden!
  13. ohttps://db.tt/Z4yB356Y Vid of two of the hobs from above, the grey ones with the white noses. Coming on well now. Thanks Dave.
  14. You still have these Dave?
  15. I have the rat buster - the 6ftlb pistol version in .22. Great little pistol. I havent hunted with it, only plinked in the garden so far. Its accurate and I would have faith in rat shooting up to 10-15 yards, my accuracy being an issue before power would be an issue. I get around 40 shots out of a small CO2 cartridge. I put a HW silencer on mine and it transforms the gun...... you wouldnt be heard from the next peg!
  16. I have a tx200 trapper man. I like the gun, good to shoot, accurate amd consistent but I find it a bit awkward to load especially in the dark, Im used to breakbarrels. Once I sit and have a plink with it for ten mins I get into the swing of it though. Im sure you will love it and have no issues with this if its ur only gun, its only because I revert back to my hw100 or 99 breakbarrel that I struggle with the loading. Practice makes perfect.
  17. I like that. Not many on here would admit that. Credit due. Not many of us can really, even though we may think we can. Who can honestly say there as good as it gets when shooting such an unpredictable outfit... Maybe some of the top HFT/FT lads might, but I guess they don't frequent these forums, and there springers aren't really springers the amount of work done inside. If I miss a bunny with one of the springers I think 'bugger' if I miss with the hw100 I think 'what the f**k are you playing at you dick head!'. I enjoy the challenge of maintainig consitency with the springers. pcp is po
  18. hw100kt .177 + basic fieldcraft = problem solved
  19. The fox came in the garden last sarturday in the middle of the day snooping around so I sat for the rest of the day with the sxs seeing if it came back for an easy meal and it didnt! Sods law.
  20. Guessing you meaning snares, problem I have is badgers, neighbours cats, peacocks, pheasant and many other things come in our garden so I wanted to trap not snare for a bit of selectivity?
