  1. Got a cast ally sps catapult for sale, has one small dink in fork but doesn't effect it in anyway, will come with a looped 1745 tubes, these are hard to get hold off, looking for £35 posted, or may swap for another catty, or something hunting orientated like a knife etc,
  2. Matt have you tried advertising on bushcraft forums? I used to be right into bushcraft, and again would've bought that in a heart beat back then as such a useful tool! Your work and craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding mate, and like what has been said where else could you buy something like that? It's a shame that you can't charge what you should really be charging for well handmade stuff these days, because you should be charging double for not only the work that you've put into it, but also for all the thinking that you've probably had to do to get to this stage! I wish you all the
  3. Unless your buying one of his customs, which aren't to bad, then I'll never know what all the hype is about his multiplex catties!! Surely there can't be that many people buying multiplex catties (that take minutes to knock up) to have to wait months! You could order a brand new Car and customise it how you like off the Internet tonight and have it delivered quicker than a catty from him, FairPlay if he's managing to make a living from it, but surely there can't be that many people ordering them!! If I paid him £65 and didn't hear anything from him, I'd be pissed right off!!
  4. Great watch that, FairPlay to you for taking the time to do it.
  5. That looks so nice, although I'd never have a use for it, id still love to own it!!
  6. That ash and antler one looks the nuts mate!!!
  7. I've got the large falcon fabrication box and it's great!
  8. From my own personal experience mate red tails normally take quite a while to get going as opposed to what I've seen of my mates Harris's when it comes to getting them going! Experienced falconers say that a red tail is a good bird to start with as you learn more as you have to put a lot more work into them, Harris's can lead falconers into a false sense of being a better falconer than they really are, as they sortve self train themselves in a way. Red tails are harder to get properly fit as opposed to Harris. I've found that red tails are more aggressive on kills, are a bit more powerful, a
  9. Great videos Andy! Nice to see willow and Barley working together...... You'll have a bird of prey next season ;-)

  12. that looks like elder, if it is don't use it it's too weak!! Check to see if it has a pithy core. Wouldn't recommend using anything with a pithy core mate unless you don't like your eyes. :-/

  15. Fantastic pics mate!! And what a way to spend the Christmas break.
  16. 9.5mm steel for plinking cans mate, you might find that the bands slap your hand using 8mm, this is because the ammo is too light for the bands. Starting at 5m away is a good distance, once your hitting the can regularly then just move back a metre at a time, good luck!
  17. I've got a couple of Jill's if any body wants them, have been worked, located in Bristol

  19. same way as you'd break a dog to ferrets really mate, my bird can see the ferrets all day from his mews, and although the bird is fine with ferrets, one of my ferrets hates the bird lol! She screams if I pick her up and I've got bird on my fist.
