    Spoke to the man one or twice when I came down for the welsh game fair and seamed a nice enough fella, I used to get the edrd mag and over the years I couldn't help to notice the amount of digging partners he use to go through!! Was speaking to a lad from wales once who was a former digging partner of his and he said dh had a terrible habit of making terriers out to be superstars! When they were just mediocre fox dogs at most!

    Depends on what % running dogs in them for them to make good catch dogs! most half x's are just good goal keepers around nets! As for fox Iv never seen a good one and wouldn't bother rearing one for that job!

    Pye/punch both fine examples of what genuine first x's should look like! The dogs used to produce these animals were of the proper sort! you'd struggle to breed them like that with today's smaller dogs....

    and how would you go about stopping the blue dog from robbing the other dog ? its not rocket science but you could run it on its own!! IF I run it on its own it does'nt catch anything.. . . its a bag of shite that could'nt catch a bunny in a phone box. But seeing as your the expert I will take that into consideration. i can see that!!!! but no problemo was glad to help lol now if you dont mind ..go and help someone who might actually need your wise words of wisdom... lol. yes on to the next moppet!!     Can't stand it when other dogs rob the catch! Should of run them on there own because the blue dog wasn't getting a looking with the red bitch anyway! She made short work of them, good vid tho.
