Iv heard same chaffinch, an i saw a few doing it when not getting it there own way, if they never walked that is, but have beenbtold of a few folk that i trust that there was few good uns, but there had to be as there was loads an i mean loads brednothing like edging your bets Never seen him work so can't really disagree but the dog I had out of his stuff was no neck holder beleive me, he would wag his tail whilst on the hot end, and lads that seen him work that have also seen billy work said 'can't say he's harder than billy but he's as hard as him" for them to say that tells me he was no ne

It shows youv read the book. 95% of Pelenna valley is not in the hills by the way.but still hunt hill foxes though depending on meets! so goes to show hill foxes are no different to here in the shires, been up with the llanwrthwl A true hill pack and seen Russells account for the mighty welsh hill foxes, and they've been doing it for years me lad..Foxdropper just hit the nail on the head your a jealous man. SO , what about the stopping days. Would you say it requires a lot ? He is likely another who cannot get his hands on this great family of dogs. For various reasons !nah you can keep them, only the dogs are any good and I don't want dogs from 2nd rate fox bitches..

Thought ns had digging bitches!! Lol, foxes are foxes the only differnces is terrain! there's a good few lads in Wales that do the terriers for the hill packs that keep ns stuff! Also the lads with the Pelenna valley use to do days at the Royal A in the same week with out any bother with there Stevens dogs..

There's a fine line between a good hill fox and some shitty little scavenger living in a hedge. As iv said... most of the time they're alot more straight to get when you stumble upon them in an earth as to when hounds have run him hard and he's gone in.a good fox is a good fox! Wether in the shires or on the hill..would you say its a tougher life for a fox on the hill rather than one on the shires wher food is in plenty plenty fallen stock on the hills To keep them going! Obviously it's a harder life..
