if you had increased the aperture to about f5.6 you could have reduced the iso to below 200 and increased your shutter speed. these were the settings you used. also try center weighted metering as it will meter on the subject, read here http://www.slrphotographyguide.com/camera/settings/metering-mode.shtml

someone gave them a license to do what they are doing at these puppy farms, the dog dealers could not exist without the breeders and the breeders could not operate on such a large scale without a license. imo either the people issuing the licenses are bent or the rules that pertain to getting a license are wank either way someone up the ladder wants fcuking.
