Most rankings/ratings sites have either Louis or Ali as the best Heavyweight ever.Both were very good but I choose Louis over Ali because he defeated more Ring ranked contenders in Heavyweight history,won 26 world title fights,was World champion for 140 consecutive months (almost 12 years),and defeated 6 lineal Heavyweight champions.Yes he lost as an up and coming fighter to the vastly more experienced Schmeling but in the rematch totally destroyed him in what was billed as the first FOTC due to the rematch being in 1938 the same year Hitlers army had moved into Austria and the World was on th

Larry could recover good but was a step behind Ali in that department and didn't have the chin to quite match the greatest. Louis had a long reign but his resume is way behind Ali's. Ali also didn't lose until he'd been out of the sport for over 3 years. Louis was KTFO by Schmeling when he was in his pomp. Ali in my mind is the greatest heavyweight of all time. Foreman had been cut in sparring before the Ali fight and had been sick for days before it and wanted to cancel the fight,he wasn't allowed and was told he had to fight,the fight went ahead and the rest is history.Ali lost to Norton and Frazier,Foreman destroyed them both but that's boxing.

Larry Holmes could arguably recover from big shots as good as Ali if not better. Joe Louis for me was the best Heavyweight,longest reign and a record of 66 wins(53 kos) with only 3 losses,Alis record was 56 wins(37 kos) and 5 losses.You could arguably even put Holmes in the top 3 with his record of 66 wins(44 kos) and only 6 defeats al lin world tittle fights,and the second longest reign iirc (Wlad might have second longest reign now). I rank the top 3 as 1 Joe Louis 2 Jack Johnson 3 Muhammad Ali. When Louis and Johson fought they also fought in a more racist time than what Ali did,w

People should realise that wars are just rackets and are mostly first and foremost one of the Worlds biggest money makers. USA thrives on it with munitions sales etc. A war breaks out,that will do nicely,big sales for the arms trade. Second Iraq war,no wmd found yet to this day,invasion happened USA took over got the oil and give themselves all the contracts,bin wagons,heavy plant, construction contracts,forced to buy American grain to plant there crops etc etc,then to cap it all off they made the citizens start to pay income tax !

To be fair to Khan every time he has been stopped it has been a World class job,and last night was no different unfortunately. Now to see if Canelo has a pair of balls half as big as Khans and fights GGG later this year.If the fight with GGG does happen he will have to stop Canelo to get the decision as they wont give him it on points due to how much money Canelo generates,last night I had Khan winning four of the first six rounds but he was behind on two of the judges scorecards so no suprises there as Canelo has had a few decisions go his way when he clearly should have lost in them fights.

Khans undoing is himself,he has excellent movement,speed,fitness and boxing abilty to trouble anybody but sometimes in the past he has boxed beautiful then started brawling and paid the price. Like Neems said earlier he was giving Garcia a boxing lesson till he got greedy and stayed in the pocket to long and got stopped.Im not a big fan of Khan and he has been wobbled in a few fights but both times he has been stopped them punches he got hit with would have kod anybody else in the division. LOADS of boxers/mma are full of juice,some get caught others don't,it seems to be well worth the risk there is that many doing it. edit to say most competitive sports are rife with it cycling,rugby for example.

I hope for Boxing that Khan can beat Canelo and put an end to his catchweight crap.Canelo and GGG are both middleweight Champions but one fights middleweights and the other fights welterweights.Its a disgrace the WBC let Canelo get away with demanding catchweights instead of fighting at the true weight of 160lbs and not "Caneloweight 155lbs. Role models ! its the people that you go about with on a day to day basis that have more of an effect on you rather than a sports star or a celebrity having an influence on you.Sports stars and celebritys have there own lives to live away from there chosen proffessions just like the rest of us. Britain has two World Champions at the moment,one is a loud mouth and the other is a convicted drug dealer,it doesn't bother me either way they have both reached the highest level of there sport.

I could have it wrong here but the Chinese and some other developing Countries are not penalised for pollution and so dont care about pollution etc like the rest of the World and are giving free reign basically,that is how there economy is booming.The rest of the World have to comply with certain rules/regulations regarding pollution/operations which impose fines etc but the Chinese do not have to and so can produce steel and other goods a lot cheaper than other Countries.
