  1. Just telling you two negative members to cheer up a little. Yes you both need to get out more and contribute more positively in my opinion because if we are to learn anything from your posts and photographs, we`ll be waiting a long time. I`m the first to have a laugh on here but I " try" to be positive with others whereas you don't. Who`s johonawhitless by the way ?
  2. Oh dear, have I been upsetting these two " KEYBOARD HUNTERS" with my posts/ photos and peoples reactions ? Any acknowledgements to any post I make is given by peoples own free will and enjoyment,- sorry but it`s true ! Put some photos and hunting forays up for once " of your own" and " liven the forum up a little" even target shooting photos from you both is infinitely better than " NOTHING"- the constant negative responses you are both always writing to others as well as myself .
  3. Where`s your reco` and fieldcraft Rezmond ? I`m twice your age and using a 40 yr old springer - with no silencer- " Mitch" - will that get me a rating thing - point Only saying x
  4. I use the old Mamba lite scb scopes - I find them to be excellent hunting scopes. Forgive the photo but there`s the old scb ret`, very effective
  5. Nice shooting Matt . You sure are getting along with that R10 mate
  6. Not a word Mitch, 25 p each - but when you shoot a decent number it pays for the pellets ! Thanks Matt, kind words. I find the spring rifles far more enjoyable than the pcp`s if I`m honest,( you have to shoot correctly) but if a pest control job has to be done, then pcp it is . I really fancy getting a BSF Bavaria .177, or a HW 35 Export .177
  7. Took the old girl out again to a small copse I`ve been watching closely. I`ve noticed the pigeons are dropping into this tiny copse around 11-30 am after their first feed. We were waiting in a makeshift natural hide I`ve had in place a good fortnight now just by the waters edge. Here`s the copse. Full gillie suit as well in the hide. Kaiser retrieving to hand, - he missed nothing. Here`s the end result, a nice winters ba
  8. Well lads the wife had me shopping today Whilst sifting through the magazines in a shop I noticed and bought a magazine called " Airgun Shooter" Well I bought it and amongst things like " The Airgun Hunting Quarry Guide" was a small plastic - see through group sizer/ enhancer, to show you/ camera, exactly the size and quality of your groups and pellet size being used. Here it is over a previous T Rex target paper, - I love it for the camera especially.
  9. Windy ? Us " Rock Hard Roofers" were working in thongs and steelies today, - in the snow ! Anyways, as per Billy, nice shooting.
  10. My shotgun is the only one used in the rain - I can break it down in an instant, dry it and oil it perfectly before it gets put away again under locks and keys.
  11. Nice fire and good wire - best night vision going and no batteries required. Only saying.
  12. That`s right mate - Phil told me the right name not so long ago - senior moments
  13. It was preening itself mate. The shot took a wing out as well.
  14. Leopard skins on the washing line Silk sheets on his beds in another post Is that the Brummie made S200 Jimmy ? I clearly remember Phil Crampton, Rat Works, telling me that in his opinion the AA S200 is one of the most underestimated pcp`s going and can hold it`s own with the very best out there . He was just finishing an S200 for Si Pitterway - called it a Rat Works Reaper or something like that ? ( when he worked on my T Rex) I`ve had a few shots of these S 200 rifles and their accur
  15. Took the old girl ( 1979) to a fav` natural hide of mine today. Unbelievably slow session as the pigeons have moved on now. Please forgive the next photo as I was holding my FWB Sport with one hand and my camera with my other but was trying to show you the view through the old Mamba Lite reticule on a x 10 magnification and the spindle branches. Well lads you`ve all seen the work I put into the paper targets and pigeons heads because I like the .177 cal trajectory threading through spindle branches with perfect accuracy. H
  16. I see " The Spoon" is being his usual self - twat !
  17. My German Short Haired Pointer, Kaiser. Trained to both shotgun and air rifle work.
  18. My GSP - Kaiser. Working under the shotgun. On his Jolly holiday, - typical GSP. Working the hide under air rifles.
