It may do - but if he then goes back into the same set of circumstances that caused it in the first place - he may start doing it again. If he is getting dominant over food, or toys, or sitting on a chair - and then getting aggressive when people come towards him, then he needs to learn his place, and the people living with him need to understand how to keep him lower in the pecking order too. I agree women shouldn't be front line soldiers, for lots of reasons - but A/E work isn't a tea break. I am not comparing the battlefield to A/E, half the nurses I work with are military, and have seen active service in Afghanistan etc - and they are as professional in their home role, as when deployed.

I agree women shouldn't be in the frontline - not because they are not capable, but because it changes the dynamics for both sides. I don't see why a woman POW being interogated or abused is any more " wrong" than a male POW being abused or beaten, but the emotions behind it all seem to make it so. I know lots of very good female soldiers, many of whom are nurses and paramedics on the helicopter evacuation team for injured frontline troops - a dangerous job - but one they are well suited to. Would I be any good on the front line ? Hell no. For one thing I can't shoot straight to save my lif
