    Can produce a very good lurcher, one of the best single handed dogs I seen was bred this way, a cross I like very much. Like anything breed from the right stock and your in with a chance. These days I'd fancy a nice dollop of saluki blood in there also, to hopefully get a lurcher than can take anything that gets up with abit of luck .

    Thats a great analogy and post Jiggy. what i find the funniest thing about it is if 100 men were giving their choice of 100 sires they would all point out the very same dog from the group as the top pick but if they had to travel for the service, take time off work or were put to any inconvenience only a small amount of lads will go the extra mile to get that dog and the rest will use the shit dog next door because its handy and end up with 8 shit pups.That's true that, I don't understand why people think like that. If I could use the best available dog about, I personally wouldn't even bother

    Like Logan and others said if the dogs are seein a shit load of work all winter, dry food no where near enough. I like mine on barf, I also mix it be it brown bread, pasta, veg or even good quality dry. Aslong as the barf is there imo, suppose it's down to the dog the owner and work load. If your dogs doing good on why your doing then I wouldn't even think of a change.

    Good piece of kit and a must have if your dog likes to hunt on imo. Makes life easier, seen one go and saves a hell of a lot time searching and calling dogs back etc. Well worth a investment Ray.
